enjoyed our stay. apartment was perfect for my wife and i short getaway. Host helped us get situated a bit earlier. Mi Casita Restaurant is a must for local food, reasonable priced.

We had a good experience at Sandra’s airbnb. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family with two little kids. The only issue we faced were the number of steps while dragging our luggage to the lobby (wish the building had a ramp) and the aircraft noise. Other than that this was an awesome airbnb!

We enjoyed our stay! The place is convenient located by the beach, well furnished condo & stocked with all things needed for beach fun. There was an unfortunate incident of island-wide power outage but the hosts had the house stocked with needed items; flash lights, fans,…etc. We appreciated their preparedness. My only negative experience was the gym downstairs, which wasn’t related to the condo rental and paid for separately. The equipments are very outdated , not clean enough and staffed by an unfriendly person.

For our first air bnb stay, we could not have asked for anything better! Everything was clean, the building felt safe, the directions were clear, and everything was a smooth process. We cannot wait to return and enjoy more of this beautiful location. The host set the standards high for future air bnb stays.

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

Javier is an excellent host. He replied immediately, communicated clearly. He met us at check in and gave clear instructions on how to get in the secured building, gave several good suggestions on places to visit, local restaurants, nearby supermarket. The place is a bit outdated, but it is right at the beach within walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket, and you can see and hear ocean from the window. We really appreciated that it had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. Overall it’s a nice and secure place and Javier is a great host.

I had an amazing 5-night stay at this Airbnb just steps from the beach in Isla Verde. The location is unbeatable—being able to walk out and be on the sand in minutes made this trip feel like a true getaway. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness. Prior to my arrival, there was a power outage in the area, and the host kept me updated every step of the way. I really appreciated the clear communication and effort to ensure I felt informed and reassured. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside escape with a reliable and thoughtful host. Thank you Hector!

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days recently. John’s apartment could not be closer to the beach. We spent most of our time there and being so close to pop up and make lunch or grab things was extremely convenient. There is a separate entrance from the street that leads to an outdoor shower to rinse off and bathrooms which was great because there are not public rinse stations or public bathrooms at this beach. The street between the beach and apartment is pretty grimy so wear shoes :) The apartment is small but was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and separate bedroom. This place has everything you need including beach supplies like chairs and toys. John is an excellent host and communicator. He met us there before we got to the room! We had an issue with the door handle and he fixed it immediately and even got our kids a souvenir for the trouble (which there really was no trouble at all!) I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the ocean in San Juan.

Our stay at the condo in Carolina was amazing. Jennifer is very helpful and made sure we had everything we need. Her assistant, Yolanda, met us at the sidewalk and showed us everything about the condo. We were able to keep our luggage in the condo before check-in time while it was getting cleaned so we could go to the beach. Yolanda made sure our 3 kids were happy by stocking the condo with beach toys and chairs. There are beach chairs, cooler, a small umbrella, kids beach toys, and beach towels in the condo that can be used. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas readily available on the beach. We used the rooftop pool-but it was a bit chilly although our kids didn't seem to mind. The view from the roof is amazing! We did encounter some seaweed, but a short walk down the beach provided some relief. When talking to a local, he said there is usually only a few days of seaweed and it just happened to be that time. Many local great restaurants close by! GREAT STAY!

Outstanding stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. Host was very helpful at answering questions and providing us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

We LOVED this place SO MUCH. Best value for tons of room, the best location and it stocked with amenities. From boogie boards to sun block, beach chairs and more. Great secure parking, 2 sets of keys/fobs, Clean, great pool. I highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone!

Great host! Kept me informed and had everything we needed including beach chairs, lots of towels and a washer and dryer. Lots of supplies in the kitchen. With very comfortable beds and clean bedding. I loved the security of the property and the location. You don’t have to leave the area if you don’t want to because everything is in walking distance, especially the beach! Lots of places to shop and eat even 24 hours. I would recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying here! The place was super clean, had amazing views, and was just a short walk to the beach. There were jet skis and other fun activities nearby, and the location overall was very walkable, which made getting around easy. The amenities were excellent and made our stay really comfortable. Getting in and out through the garage was a bit tricky at first, but the instructions were clear and helpful. We'd highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay - the view is stunning and the place was just as depicted in the pictures. Extremely helpful host with great response time to any concerns and provided suggestions to do in the area. The only con was that the building itself needs some work, but the location and interior were wonderful!

The view in itself is worth every penny. It was perfect for our short stay. Clean, communicative host. Fits all of your basic needs for two people. Check in was easy and it really is steps from the beach! Plenty of these to do even within walking distance. I’d stay again.

We had an amazing time here! The beach next to Airbnb is beautiful and private , and this is a great location for our first time visiting Puerto Rico. Easy to get an uber, groceries, and great restaurants and coffee shops near by.

I gave this a 5* review because it matched the description and is in a great location but there’s a few things to note. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, but the rest of the apartment is pretty dated. The kitchen and bathroom are getting ready for an update. This isn’t the Airbnb’s fault at all, but the gate to the beach closes at 7pm, and even with the key fab you can’t get in after that and have to walk around (about .5km). Probably the most frustrating part is a loud AC unit compressor that sits on the balcony. The view is so beautiful and we wanted to spend mornings on the balcony, but it’s so loud it’s honestly hard to talk to each other while it’s running. Overall the house is as described and the location is great!! Just some small nuances to the place that detracted I wanted to highlight.

Everything was just as the listing described, but that view and ocean breeze from the balcony was amazing. I’ll be back for sure!!

We had a great stay. This is a very happening place with tons of local bars and restaurants, so as the listing said, expect some night noise (we brought ear plugs, and slept like babies). We had a lot of good food in the area. The house itself is spacious and clean, the sweet cat who visits the yard is a very friendly girl who won't say no to some meat if you have leftovers!

Claudette was wonderful. She was always helpful and was an amazing host. Very fast to respond and always helpful. We loved that the stay was away from the city distractions and we loved the only sounds you hear are the ocean waves. All the furnishings were comfortable. We ate in several days and the kitchen was supplied with the kitchen needs. We tried to leave supplies they could use for the next guest. Claudette we loved staying at your place and plan on returning some day and bringing our grandkids. Thank you so much for a relaxing get away. Mike and Diana Hodge
