Stayed 6 days for spring break. Apartment was nice, clean and large enough for 5 people to stay. It is very close to beach. There are many restaurants in the area. Christine was super helpful and guided us through a few challanged during the power outage effected island. Puerto Rico seems to be suffering large scale power outages time to time taking over 24 hours. The building has generator for common areas but apartment will not have power when there is an outage. Make sure your car has full tank of gas to go around. You can use hotel restaurants near by and discover island. Overall we had a great experience thanks to Christine.

We enjoyed our stay at Dan's place. It's in a great location, sits right on the beach, and is very walkable. The place looks just like the pictures and was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Dan was very responsive to my questions and provided good local recommendations in the guidebook. We rented a car for our stay and had a designated parking space that was very convenient for us. I would stay here again when visiting the island.

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

Tania was an amazing host, super accomedating and responsive. The space was clean, walkable to many restaurants, and very easy access to the beach. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone

Can't say enough good things - we stayed here two nights as a family of four. Small but very comfortable space with great view & very kid-friendly beach. Allison was super proactive communicating and checked in after the power went out. We had a hot night with no lights/fan/AC but no fault of hers and she even discounted our stay in recognition of it. Would have no hesitations returning, thank you Allison!

I gave this a 5* review because it matched the description and is in a great location but there’s a few things to note. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, but the rest of the apartment is pretty dated. The kitchen and bathroom are getting ready for an update. This isn’t the Airbnb’s fault at all, but the gate to the beach closes at 7pm, and even with the key fab you can’t get in after that and have to walk around (about .5km). Probably the most frustrating part is a loud AC unit compressor that sits on the balcony. The view is so beautiful and we wanted to spend mornings on the balcony, but it’s so loud it’s honestly hard to talk to each other while it’s running. Overall the house is as described and the location is great!! Just some small nuances to the place that detracted I wanted to highlight.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Isla Verte! The place was perfect; spacious, clean, and located in a great complex with a beautiful pool. The best part was being right in front of the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The only downside was that during our last night, we experienced an 8-hour power outage, which meant no A/C, making it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again :)

The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Beautiful home within walking distance to the beach. Lots of amenities included for beach chairs, sand toys for kids, a beach blanket, and plenty of beach towels. Great stay overall.

Great location!!! So close to everything we needed, and the 24 hour store across the street was so convenient! Beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards were provided. It even had a 24 hour security guard so you always feel safe! Definitely recommend!

We had a good experience at Sandra’s airbnb. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family with two little kids. The only issue we faced were the number of steps while dragging our luggage to the lobby (wish the building had a ramp) and the aircraft noise. Other than that this was an awesome airbnb!

I can not say enough Cynthia was a wonderful host. was super responsive when the lights went out she was sure to reach out to us to ensure our safety. her place was a dream the perfect slice of heaven. everything was within walking distance . the building is right on the beach and the amenities are awesome. the pool was a dream. I had an awesome experience. will book again next vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

excelente sitio para hospedarse para mí mi familia fue perfecto la ubicación ya que nos gusta estar cerca del aeropuerto del área de Isla Verde piñones el viejo San Juan Luquillo , el apartamento como tal es perfecto y cómodo cuenta con todo lo necesario la ubicación es genial el edificio como tal Es muy normal para la edad pero el apartamento es moderno limpio acogedor y lo mejor es su precio el área es tranquila segura encuentras rápido supermercados sitios para comer algo para beber algo lo recomiendo al 100%

All in all it was a great experience I would highly recommend although we lost power one day it came back on when it was expected and the loss of not having laundry was also unfortunate but other then that it was exactly how I expected it the views from the master are beautiful the marble floors are a nice touch the ac blasts!! The new tv is beautiful not as mesmerizing as the beach in the backyard!!! Would definitely stay again thank you very much!!

5 stars! We had a great stay at Javier’s Airbnb in Isla Verde. The location is perfect just 3 minutes from the airport and right in front of the beach with direct access. The apartment is on the 6th floor (no balcony, but still a nice), and there’s a convenient laundry room near the lobby. The place was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything you could possibly need. Javier clearly pays attention to every detail and goes the extra mile to make sure guests feel at home. Plus, the vibes were amazing peaceful, positive, and just what I needed. I would absolutely recommend this spot and would stay here again without hesitation!

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

We absolutely loved staying at Janet's place. Location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful Isla Verde beach. Easy 15 min uber drive to Old San Juan for nightlife activities. The apt is small (suitable for 2 people), but well appointed, clean, great ac and peaceful. Janet was super helpful, responsive and checked in often to ensure everything was going well. She provided clear instructions for access and was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a couple. Location is ideal with restaurants and beach at walkable distance. The view from the apartment is actually much better than what can be seen from the photos. Luis was very responsive and helped quite a bit throughout our stay.

Nos dio perfectamente las instrucciones de llegada, todo sin problema Para el check in y fue muy muy amable en dejarnos tiempo extra para el check out al saber que nuestro vuelo era hasta por la tarde sin duda me hospedaría nuevamente con ellos cuando volvamos y su condominio muy limpio y ni que decir de las hermosas vistas. Marla and Orlando were excellent hosts! Both were very responsive and readily accessible. Their home was very clean with alot of at home amenities available. The location was great! I would recommend staying here!

Pedro was a great host and checked in with us!! The place was great for what we wanted and needed!! Walkable to places to eat, grab groceries or other items! The beach is right there and the view was beautiful!

We came to celebrate my daughter and her father’s birthday it was very clean loved that the shower handle pulled down for my toddler. Loved everything it was so comfortable

This place is near everything, restaurants, supermarket, casino, clubs, short walk to the beach and secure parking. Ivelisse is a great host!
