The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $100 fee.

Pelican Perch - Lot 1

Our waterfront cottages are just a short drive to some of the area's favorite restaurants, breweries & 7 minutes from Saint George Island. Throw a line from the dock, head out on your boat or hit the water in your kayak. They can accommodate up to 6 guest & feature a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, queen bedroom, bunk beds, pull-out-coach, flat screen TV's & a back porch overlooking the bay. We are also located next door to a public boat ramp with parking, Sfd retail market & bait-tackle-shop.

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
