Family friendly, Pool home has an open floor plan. New kitchen w/ stainless appliances & a breakfast bar. Living room has sleeper sofa w/ upgraded memory foam mattress. Large sunroom overlooks the fully screened in private pool & fenced tropical backyard. Many amenities: washer & dryer, pool floats, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels & toys, coolers. 7 min by car to Manasota beach, 5 min to shopping restaurants etc. Primary has ensuite bathroom, walk in closet. Pack n play crib, toys & games!

You will enjoy open concept floor plan of this house with 3 large Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Additional sleeping sofa bed in living room cove. Oversized Kitchen - huge Dining Room, Living room and Dinette has a lot of space for at least 10 people to cook and enjoy each others company. We supply 8 beach chairs , umbrella and beach towels.
