Millaa's getaway

Our comfortable, little, self contained flat is in the heart of Millaa Millaa. It's only walking distance to town , Millaa waterfall and Millaa’s golf club .It is quiet and surrounded by fruit trees and native animals. Only 10 minutes drive and you can enjoy a nice meal from the Teahouse , Pub or Mungalli creek Cafe and on your way home enjoy the beautiful waterfall circuit. We live upstairs and are happy to tell where the best hiking , swimming and sightseeing spots are in the tablelands.

Comfy Waterfront Creek Shack

Recharge in this gem of a hideout perched on the creek bank above the deep swimming hole. A simple approach to comfort provides undercover alfresco dining areas, air conditioned sleeping rooms, a bathroom with all the basics and lots of outdoor spaces. At days end the background sounds of the rippling creek and a chorus of birdcalls settle you into this rustic, bushland shack. Dawn welcomes you and surprises you with a large mob of wallabies and a curfew of curlews reclining out front.

There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

FNQ Blooms Tropical Flower Farm Lodge

Our Tropical Flower Farm is a 52-acre property situated at the foothills of Mt Bartle about one hour drive south of the Cairns International Airport. We grow an extensive variety of tropical Heliconia and Ginger for use in the Australian Cut Flower market. Our farm is completely self-sustainable. We have a waterfall that generates our power through Hydroelectricity and gravity-fed water from a natural spring.

Calo Jungle Camp

Cozy little huts, one with queen size bed and one with 2 singles, surrounded by lush tropical rainforest. Enjoy the sounds of the forest, watch native birds and wander down the path to the little beach fringed with beautiful Calophyllum trees, hence the name Calo Jungle Camp. NOTE: The listing price is for one hut only. If you are more than 2 (up to 4 people) it is an extra $50 per person for the second hut.

Enjoy!!!!! Please make use of the outdoor bar, it's a great area to sit and watch the waves if weather is not the best...bar has fridge, sink so you can mix those yummy cocktails!
