Goditi le vacanze in questo gradevole appartamento di fronte al viale a mare, a due passi dalle spiagge, nella caratteristica cornice del molo. Ideale per famiglie, data l'estrema vicinanza al mare, alla passeggiata pedonale e a tutti i servizi del centro. Recentemente ristrutturato, è dotato di WiFi con fibra, cucina, ampio salone, camera matrimoniale e terrazzo (no vista mare). Dotato di ascensore che arriva fin dentro casa, si trova al quinto piano della prestigiosa palazzina ex hotel Regina.

Suggestivo monolocale al sesto piano (con ascensore) con splendida vista sul golfo di Follonica. La spiaggia si trova a 50 metri ed è raggiungibile a piedi, così come la vicina pineta. Molto curato e dotato di terrazza abitabile dove poter mangiare godendo di una splendida vista. Adatto alle famiglie o a coppie. Dotato di garage privato. Si trova in posizione strategica, con vicino supermercato, farmacia, posta e negozi alimentari. Animali graditi. La tassa di soggiorno non è compresa nel prezzo

In riva al mare, casa vacanze in parco esclusivo

Situato in complesso storico ex colonia estiva costruita negli anni '30, è immersa in un ampio parco privato con pini, lecci e palme. La struttura è stata l'ambientazione del film di Comencini "Tutti a casa" con Alberto Sordi. Dal cancellino interno, con una breve passeggiata tra la macchia mediterrranea e le dune di sabbia, si arriva direttamente al mare e alla spiaggia libera. Il soggiorno ideale per chi ama il mare, la natura e si lascia incuriosire dagli echi della storia.

L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2019, si ha accesso alla spiaggia direttamente dal cortile dell'abitazione, e si trova a soli 500m dal centro di San Vincenzo. My Seahouse

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking and it has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.

Within the rooms there are both the conditioning air and the heating system. There is also the car park. From May to September there is the access to the beach of the bathhouse Lido Verde with tent and deckchairs.
