Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

This is our family holiday home. Comfortable, safe, easy to manage. Completely renovated summer 2015 to the newest, safest standards, sparing no expense. All facilities, beds, linen are brand new. Cenare, such a charming and refined flat

The Cenare apartment is on the 2nd floor, under the roof beams, of a sixteenth century building in the Cannaregio Sestiere. Overlooks the Sensa canal, a garden and the historic Ghetto. Exceptionally luminous and sunny, it is also quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has a generous working area. Dining table for 3 people. The bedroom has either a double bed (160 cm X 195cm) or else two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower with a rainfall shower head.

San Tomà flat is situated on the second floor of a 18th century building. In a central area of Venice. Overlooks a canal and 2 venetian small squares ("campo", in venetian dialect). Beautiful is the view from the sitting-and dining rooms. Sunny, confortable, quiet. With a sitting room, a dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One with shower, the other one with bathtub. Both bedrooms have either a double bed (160 x 195 cm) or else two single beds.

Apartment Venice Giardini Biennale

It's situated in one of the most typical areas of the city, with markets and restaurants. It's very close to the Biennale gardens, where there is also playground. It's distant two minutes from the vaporetto stop and 15 minutes by walk from Piazza San Marco. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: it's perfect if you want to live as a really Venetian. My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Just Renewed - It lies in a very central area of Venice, near Biennale Arte, it is very quiet, being out of the mass tourism paths, but at the same time close to everything. In fact it takes only a few minutes walk to Biennale (5 min walk), Rialto (15), San Marco (10). It is also close to Arsenale and San Zaccaria boat piers) where all the major boat lines depart to all the most important destinations: Airport, Train Station, Murano, Burano, Lido.
