Museum Suite - Luxurious unit with a City View -

Entering through a large stone archway into the grand foyer, your eye is immediately drawn to the captivating views of the arno river. Magnificent stone columns lead into the large living room of the apartment. Furnished with a combination of antiques and modern fixtures, this room offers a wonderful space to entertain at home while enjoying the breathtaking views of the city. Just off the living room you will find the fully equipped professional kitchen. A spectacular stone mantle serves as the hood for the stove and makes an elegant statement in this lovely cooking area. The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

The apartment is on the third floor of a 16th-century building, it's very bright and has a good view of the roofs. It features most modern amenities.

Gem of a loft space with terrace on the Arno

Jewel of a loft. Super light, modern, chic space on the Arno. Completely modern amenities. Use of a terrace overlooking the Arno. Excellent positions near the train station, Cascine Park, central Florence, and well served by public transit. Note that the apartment in located in the residential area about 12 min walk to central Florence. Everything you need within walking distance. An excellent space to relax in or on the terrace (sunning available) after a long day exploring Florence.

Il Castellare a Mammiano

Il Castellare si trova in una posizione panoramica e tranquilla a nord del paese di Mammiano. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, al secondo piano, si può ammirare il paesaggio circostante dal Monte San Vito lo sguardo passa verso la Penna di Lucchio, le Torri di Popiglio fino alle cime inconfondibili del Libro Aperto. Located near the Station, San Lorenzo market, the Uffizi, the Accademia Gallery , the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio. The accommodation is suitable for both business travelers and for couples or families with children. The location is the strong point of this elegant apartment between the historic city center and the central railway station (which is 200m away) which is connected every 5 minutes to the airport by electric shuttle (travel time 5 minutes). The recently and finely renovated apartment is at guests' disposal and is composed of a spacious and bright living room with 3 balconies, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with window. Perfect location to visit Pisa and the Tuscany - free wifi.

L’appartamento delle Rose è collocato all’interno della guest house Mulino dell’Argenna. La struttura è stata completamente restaurata nel 2015. Si tratta di un ex Mulino in pietra risalente al 1400, costruito lungo il corso del Borro dell’Argenna. Il Mulino è un luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde del bosco, con un bel parco di un ettaro e una grande piscina.
