Villa sul mare con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. A metà strada tra Diamante e Belvedere. Situata all'interno di un parco privato chiamato"Lo Zodiaco". Disposta su 2 livelli: al piano terra bagno di servizio con lavatrice, cucina e soggiorno con divano tv. Al piano superiore bagno con doccia ampia e 3 camere da letto.Complessivamente può ospitare 7 persone. Area esterna: ampio patio per pranzare all'esterno con tavolo e barbecue, giardino con dondolo/sdraio e scaletta per scendere in spiaggia

Tartaruga house is located at Marinagri resort, distant 5 minutes from Policoro and 45 minutes from Matera. It's a beautiful and spacious flat with a view on the sunset up of sea lagune and Pollino mountains. There is a luxury, well equipped kitchen inside and an additional outdoor kitchen on terrace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and another two bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor. You need just 10 minutes of walk to arrive to the equipped beach or to the turistic marine port.

Casa vacanza nuova trilocale (circa 120 mq) con un ingresso indipendente fronte mare di recente costruzione, situata nella contrada Ser Luca Calabaia a due passi dal Lungomare di Belvedere Marittimo (Cs). Posizione incredibile a 10 mt dal mare che rende la vista stupenda. La struttura offre l’accesso immediato all’ampia spiaggia libera frontale, molto tranquilla e non affollata che offre anche i servizi di un lido . La spiaggia e il fondale sono sabbiosi, il mare non è subito profondo.

Completa la proprietà un grande giardino/terrazza completamente fronte mare e verso lo splendido panorama. La villa è situata in villaggio privato. La zona dista solo 4 km dai centri cittadini di Belvedere Marittimo e Diamante dove poter trovare negozi, banche, ristoranti, poste,stazioni ferroviarie e tutti i servizi necessari.
