The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, full size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. 2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Only a 5 minute drive/bike ride to any of Oak Island's 64 free beach accesses. One block off the island's main street, and close to all the restaurants & shopping. Owners live on site & are happy to answer any questions & provide information about the island, restaurants & local attractions.

If you love being a short walk to the beach this place is for you! . We provide beach chairs and a cart for your 5 minute walk to beach. Eat in kitchen and you can serve your honey breakfast in bed. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.
