Casa del Capo is an independent, small house, with sea view, located in the grounds of this magnificent villa; the unit consists of one room with double bed, sofa bed, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen; one bathroom with shower; and the private terrace with outdoor furniture; the terrace can be used for meals. All spaces have been recently renovated. The house can accommodate up to four people. It might be too small for 4 adults; it is ideal to for a couple with 1 child.

My cottage is situated 4 km from the seaside in the hills of Piraino. I have diveded the house into 2 seprate mini apartments with private access to each location.both have double beds and sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom.The cottage is situated in a 5 000 square meters of land. there is a large garden where you can have BBQs and relax. Easy to get to shops and motorway. Excellent restaurants, wineries and boat trips to the islands. Many amazing medieval villages to visit

tipica casa di campagna all'interno di un parco d'ulivi su terrazzamenti in muri a secco di una proprietà di pregio storico con accesso diretto ad una piscina di esclusivo uso degli ospiti. Il mio alloggio è vicino alle più belle riserve naturali della Sicilia sud orientale . Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: la posizione e gli spazi esterni. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Dependance on the sea@Villa Giada

Questo grazioso monolocale si trova all'interno del bed and breakfast Villa Giada. E' ideale per due persone ma può ospitarne fino a quattro. E' situato pochi metri dalla spiaggia (letteralmente) ed è immerso in un rigoglioso giardino. Gli ospiti della dependance hanno a disposizione una veranda privata con BBQ e un grande tavolo da pranzo.
