Our newly built Premier Villas are perfectly situated on the lower east facet of the resort's undulating 90 acres. Each 1200 sq. ft villa offers a veranda with private entrance and offers stunning 180-degree views of the surrounding gardens while maintaining privacy from the rest of the resort. Each well-appointed villa offers a queen bed or a king bed with plush bedding, a contemporary style bath with a hot and cold shower, free Wi-Fi and a large flat screen smart TV.

Parrot Nest Heliconia Garden Cabin (Gold Standard)

Parrot Nest Lodge is truly a unique tropical experience. Close to all the adventurous tours, and very close to San Ignacio, while having a distinctive jungly feel. Heliconia is a small garden cabin with a private deck. It has a double bed, a fan, 110w plugs (electricity 24/7), and multiple shared bathrooms (with hot/cold water) that are located nearby. Listed room rates are for accommodations only. Dinner at US$18 and Breakfast at US$8 can be ordered onsite.

Cohune Palms River Cabanas: The Iguana Cabana

Set aside from the others, the iguana cabana is perfect for a private getaway. Here you will find a little piece of paradise nestled in the jungle alive with the melodious sounds of tropical birds and the gentle sound of the Mopan River flowing close by. There is a large deck built over the river - perfect for doing yoga, swinging on the rope swing into the river for a swim, or just enjoying the view. A restaurant with excellent local cuisine is open for guests.

Located on the first floor, the Economy Rooms are easily accessible to the Hotel’s lobby area and Reception Desk. These rooms are smaller in size than all other room types and face our parking lot area; however, they are equipped with all basic hotel room amenities for a comfortable stay. These rooms are available with 1 Double and 1 Single bed and are appropriate for guests looking for a budget-friendly room without sacrificing the service.
