Excellent layout both inside and outside. Great location and neighbourhood. Very quiet and peaceful. House well furnished. Had a great time.

It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

Excellent house. I come to the area once a year to visit family, has been one of the better experiences. House well decorated and cozy. Made plenty use of the heated pool. Chris was ready to help out thru whole process. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful host and terrific property. It was exactly as described. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend staying here. Hope to return in the future!

We enjoyed staying with family to visit my brother who lives close by. The house was comfortable and was perfect for having a nice dinner, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials! We are sad we had to leave early to escape getting caught by the hurricane but we would definitely visit again! Hendrick is an attentive host and was amazing at answering any questions we had about our stay!

Rented this house for a birthday getaway with up to eight girls and the space was amazing. There was enough beds for everyone I was also able to bring my dog for the weekend! It’s such a beautiful house especially the kitchen! Everything was easy to use and the host provided many many many towels, which we definitely appreciated. It was a great experience and we really enjoyed the weekend.

Another great visit for the annual golf tournament! Home, pool/hot tub was enjoyed by all. Did NOT wanna leave😭 makes us wanna move on down. The home is so beautiful and the back patio is BREATHTAKING and sooooo relaxing💕 Thank you again for opening your home to us! Always hopes to return🤞

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The neighbors were friendly and the square was a short drive away. We unexpectedly needed to add 2 extra nights and communicating with Ruth was very easy. Her flexibility was also greatly appreciated.

Beautiful place, great views of the preserve. We are recurrent guests, we love the area, the neighborhood, the local restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We will be coming back sometime this year :)

Definitely a great place for the price, basic 2 beds 2 bath roomy Florida home. Everything was as expected also has double garage for added space!! I am on a budget as Abnb fees are high, and was very pleased

My husband and I were in need of a quick getaway. We found Donna's place and knew this was exactly what we were looking for. It was in close proximity of Rainbow Springs (where we wanted to visit) and was pet friendly. The house was clean (all hardwood/tile flooring), spacious (open floor plan), nicely decorated, furniture in great condition & comfortable, fenced in yard for the pups, on the river, and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the quiet evenings out back on the deck & in the screened in porch and the pups loved exploring the yard. We cooked breakfast & lunch at the home and explored the town for dinner. We did not get to use the kayaks or bikes but loved that they were available. Donna answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my dates. I would definitely book this home again and recommend to others! Thank you!

Donkey Song was right at home for us. Very Private and quiet. Great Location for our fishing vacation on Orange Lake. Plenty of room for Boat and trailer parking. Porch was the best. Dave was very responsive, A Great Host. Coming back next March. Thanks Dave from the Hall Family

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Leslie was very responsive. The setting is private and the covered deck on rainy days wonderful to relax on. Leslie provided much appreciated extras like healthier cooking pans, sharp knives, a cutting board, and a medicine kit which are not usually provided in my years of experience. A word of caution apparently regarding airbnb policy. Check for potential price changes on your reservation Even IF you are subtracting something!!! Because I didn’t end up taking my dog with (deleting the pet fee), it changed my reservation and a $142.20 increase (county tax fee) was added! 😱

We really enjoyed Ken and Marylee’s cottage, very cozy with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and towels. The cottage is bigger than I expected. The location is excellent, private and only 12 min drive to Devils Den. The hosts were very sweet to let us check out late and even had continental breakfast waiting for us in the fridge. Great experience, would love to come back.

The home was perfect and so clean! The pool and the on site kayaks were all amazing. Joan was very kind and responded quickly with any questions we had. I highly recommend this home!

The home was in a great location in Crystal River and on a quiet neighborhood street. The host was very responsive when I had questions and even brought us some fresh chicken eggs one morning. Our 4 kids loved the pool and were excited that they had a TV in their rooms since they don’t have TVs in their rooms at home. There was a lot to do locally so we weren’t hanging out at the house much, but when we were there, it was comfortable and nice. When we return to Crystal River, we will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

Our first time using Airbnb and first time to The Villages and Joan was an amazing host as she walked us through every step of the way. And her place was amazing with so many amenities. She covers every detail to make sure guests enjoy their stay! She definitely set the bar high for any future Airbnb experiences. What a blessing she is!

Had a great stay, very comfortable with super nice pool patio area! This is our second stay here and we will be back.

Me and my wife found it very peaceful and relaxing you can see views of the River from just about anywhere in the house sitting on the back dock looking at the fish swimming by and her son kayaking around the river none of us wanted to leave wish we had more time

Roy left us a binder at the house with perfectly detailed instructions. The house was immaculate. We had no questions and everything was perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

Michaels place is located just a 6 minute cart ride away. The Recreation center and adult pool are well within walking distance. All of the neighbors are very friendly.

Beyond satisfied with our stay. We booked this house as a group, 3 couples & kids. The house was very spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone. The host was extremely polite, resourceful, and very responsive to any questions or issues we may have had. The boat ramp & docks were perfect for each 3 24’ boats we had. The only suggestion I have is better parking for trucks/boat trailers. We all had a spot but it was a tight fit. Other than that, 0 complaints and would definitely stay here again!
