This is an fully furnished basement apartment Quiet neighborhood close to bus stop, shopping and restaurants. Ten minute drive to Oshawa Center and downtown Oshawa. Reserve parking in driveway on left side. Breakfast ingredients are included; Eggs, Bacon, Cereal ,Toast, Coffee , Tea and etc. Our guests can rest assured that the bedding is washed and changed with each and every new guest, and for those who stay for a week or more , bedding is changed every five days or upon request.

Enjoy the surrounding landscape and check out local shops and restaurants on Port Perry main street. Our geodome is designed for 2 guests however small families of 4 or a group 3 adults are welcome. WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.
