The perfect retreat, the descriptions and photos are 100% accurate! The kitchen is HUGE, and was truly stocked with everything needed (equipment-wise) for us to cook everything in. The house was close enough to the vineyards, but still far enough away for privacy for quality time with the group that comes with you! The 10 of us all slept very comfortably with the spaces provided, and we weren’t crammed together to do it either. There is also plenty of space for all your cars, could fit over 10 cars in the front drive area if you needed. It is VERY windy, so plan accordingly! Sam was a VERY responsive host, and was willing to work with us on checking in a little early. We connected with the neighbors who help take care of the property a few times, but we never felt like they were invading our privacy/space, and the hosts were very communicative to let us know if the neighbors were going to be on the property at all for yard work Hoping to be back here with other groups in the future!

This bungalow is absolutely the coziest! The layout is charming, and the home is adorable—very well maintained and spotlessly clean. My kids and I loved being greeted by Alice on the front porch every day—she’s the sweetest and friendliest dog ever! All the animals at the ranch are so people-friendly, especially BoMama the donkey, who quickly became a favorite. We’re incredibly grateful for the chance to stay at this peaceful and beautiful Airbnb. Barb and David are truly amazing hosts—so kind, hardworking, and incredibly responsive. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely ranch. My kids can’t stop talking about Alice and are already asking when we can come back!

The Peach Chalet was the perfect home away from home for our stay. Cozy and inviting, it had everything we needed for a comfortable extended visit. The views were stunning. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel especially warm and welcoming. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Palisade and Grand Junction--and the perfect jumping-off point for skiing at Powderhorn. Jennifer and Justin were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!"

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

Loved Julie’s peach farm house! Felt very safe and at home during our stay. Breathtaking view from the backyard and very close to great wineries!

We've stayed at a lot of short term rentals with our kids over the years, with some being more child friendly than others. This house though was the best by far, not just providing the standard baby items like a high chair and baby bed but going above and beyond with baby gates, kid dishes, dark curtains in every room for nap time, stools for every sink, potty seat, kid books in every room, tons of toys and a wonderful outdoor play space with a fenced yard and outdoor toys. It was so easy to stay there with our children and they didn't want to leave! Overall highly recommend, especially for anyone with little kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

My girlfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen area was a great place to spend some time together and the hot tub was much needed!

A cozy private nook in a sleepy neighborhood just off the main street, I walked to everything I needed over my 3 day stay, and the neighbors and their chickens (and turkeys!) were very friendly. The AC and heat controls were much appreciated, and the coffee and tea was wonderful to return home to after a long day at the film festival.

Thank you once again, we are repeat customers, everything was perfect, comfortable and easy and we will be back likely soon!! Comfortable beds, great shower, cute, attractive, and even has a stuffed animal frog!!!🐸🐸. We slept well and enjoyed our days. Thank you !!
