Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Il était très propre, bien agencé et idéalement situé, à proximité de nombreux commerces et points d’intérêt. Le seul petit bémol concerne l’isolation : on entend un peu le bruit de la rue ainsi que les voisins dans le bâtiment. Cela dit, cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très bon moment. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

1000 out of 10! If you want a spot in the heart of Moda, but on a quiet and clean street, this is perfect. It’s a block away from lots to do, bakeries, great coffee, vintage shops, unpretentious restaurants, and was a short walk to great parks for our kids. But it was never noisy, because we were jussst far enough away from bars and restaurants to avoid the noise. We managed to make everyone happy here because Alper’s place was nice enough for my older parents but in a more hipster part of town for the younger family members :) If you plan to walk to the ferry every day to the Euro side this might be a bit far from the ferry (15-20 minutes walking) but if you plan to at least sometimes hang in Moda it’s perfect. If we come back to Istanbul, we won’t even shop around for other places, we’d 100% come back here. Thanks Alper!

Bora beye öncelikle teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum yardımseverliği ve misafirperverliği için. Kendisi bize her konuda yardım etti araç için park yeri stresi yapıyorduk bize park yeri buldu, unuttuğumuz eşyalar vardı kargo ile bize yolladı. Kendisine başarılar diliyorum çok iyi bir insan.

Gerek konumu gerek manzarası ve binadan adımını dışarıya attığın anda mükemmel bir caddeye çıkıyor olabilmek güzeldi.. Fotoğraflardaki ile bire bir şık temiz ve keyifli bir mekan, 50 metre uzaklıkta bir otoparkın da olması büyük bir artı bu konum için.. En kısa sürede tekrar gelmeyi isterim.

Cozy/ Comfortable/ Central Location

Great option for budget travellers. Very close to the blue mosque, Sultanahmet square and Hagia Sophia. The host was very responsive and kindly stayed up until 2 AM to let us check in because our flight arrived late. It’s a bit tricky to get to this place by public transit from IST airport so I would suggest private transport or taxi. Bathroom was a bit small, but it was fine. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable option near the main tourist attractions!

I can honestly say this was the most hospitable, friendly and helpful team I’ve ever stayed with. I was blown away by the service. The room was clean, looks just like the pictures and they had folks come in to clean every three days. I completely trusted the cleaning staff in my room alone with my laptop and valuables while I was away. The wifi was solid which was important for me as a digital nomad. The location is about a 5 minute walk from Taksim about 10 minutes to Galata. Close to all my favorite neighborhoods and side streets. I don’t have enough good things to say about the location, people and area. This will be my go-to lodging when I return to Istanbul.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Batuhan AirBnb - the location stands out as it is a short easy walk up to the Haga Sofia area and with just a few days to try to experience the key ‘things to do’ it was excellent. But another bonus was Batuhan who was such a helpful host, assisting with transfers, activities and local knowledge and suggestions. Thanks so much - we will be back!

Excellent. I really enjoyed my stay at Mr. Can Serbay place. A very welcoming front desk staff. They carried my lagage and made me Turkish coffee. I felt home. The place is very clean and it is located around restaurants and coffee shops and is not far from all the tourism areas. I highly recommend it. Defenetly, i will rebook this place if I visit again.

The place is more of a hotel than a typical airbnb. 24/7 desk officers, ready to help and who speak English. The location was my favorite thing: amazing shops with wholesale clothing shops and the main street nearby with everything one can need: restaurants, shops, medical offices, pharmacies, bakeries.... I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will always be a place away from home in Sisly.

Hasan si è mostrato da subito pronto ad aiutarci e venirci incontro anticipando il check-in alle 10.30 Si è preoccupato di farci trovare la stanza pronta e perfetta Il suo alloggio è molto bello e soprattutto di una pulizia impeccabile! La zona in cui si trova è a parere mia la più bella di Istanbul, sia per via di sicurezza che per attrazioni che si trovano proprio a due passi. Grazie Hasan per tutto!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The check-in was straightforward and easy, and all the rooms were in good condition. The location was perfect just off the main street with many markets and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Nisantasi and Taksim Square. Would definitely stay again :)
