Fui de viaje con mis amigas y nos encantó la casa, la comodidad y las atenciones extras que habían en la casa para nosotras, sin duda un buen lugar para descansar durante las vacaciones. Instalaciones limpias y ordenadas; muy atenta con recomendaciones locales, y cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, contestaba rápido

Una experiencia maravillosa, la casa superó totalmente nuestras expectativas: limpia, cómoda, bien equipada y con una atmósfera encantadora. La zona de la alberca es un verdadero oasis para relajarse después de recorrer la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Mérida y disfrutar de su centro histórico. La atención de los anfitriones, el Sr Hector y la Sra Carla fue impecable, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Altamente recomendada!

Disfrutamos nuestra estancia a todos nos fascinó nos sentiamos como en casa, se encuentra en una zona muy tránquila y muy cerca del centro. Mar siempre estuvo muy pendiente fue muy corté, muy linda y amable. Sin duda nos volveriamos a quedar en nuestro próximo viaje.

super comodo, llegue con mis 5 hijos (trillizas de 1 año y 2 adolecebtes) y disfrutaron mucho la piscina, las habitaciones son muy comodas y tienes todo lo q necesitas :)

Lovely place! Immaculately clean. Roomy, beautifully decorated, modern amenities, and right across the street from the beach. We feel asleep every night to the breeze and sounds of the waves. What more could you ask for! I will definitely return!

The house is so spacious and really beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The pool is magnificent. The location is very convenient, yet very quiet. Abi and Margarita are very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Merida.

El lugar esta igual que como se ve en las fotos. Juan Pablo respondió a nuestras preguntas muy rápido. La cama es cómoda y amplia. El lugar es acogedor y está muy limpio. Esta a solo 6 minutos caminando de Paseo Montejo. La caminata a la plaza principal es más larga 30 min aproximadamente, pero hay bicicletas que puedes rentar a una calle de la casa y el paseo es muy agradable , también se puede usar Uber. Nos encantó el lugar nos volveríamos a quedar.

Great location, House is well kept, rooms are spacious & clean, pool was clean, host is very responsive. House comes with family games which was a great touch. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Todo excelente en el alojamiento. Tal cual y como se ve en las fotos, muy limpio y ordenado. Jane siempre fue muy amable y respondió rápido. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del centro histórico y de lugares bonitos. Es una zona muy tranquila y segura. Mi única recomendación sería poner cortinas en el cuarto, pues en la mañana entra mucha luz. De igual forma, sería bueno tal vez poner más variedad de sartenes.

El alojamiento es cómodo, acorde a lo descrito en el anuncio, tiene todos los servicios cercanos desde restaurantes hasta farmacia, útil si vas las universidades. Cómodo y limpio, Todo muy bien.

Recomiendo ampliamente el alojamiento de Dario me senti como llegar a un hotel de 5 estrellas, no habia tenido una experiencia tan formidable en un alojamiento en el tiempo que llevo viajando a Merida. No se pierdan esta gran experiencia en el alojamiento de Dario. Simplemente formidable.

I loved staying at Regina's place. It really felt like home. The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, it was very comfortable and I had everything I needed, including good Wi-Fi. Regina was very quick to provide me with anything else that I needed. The apartment has a large terrace, which was fantastic - very private and surrounded by trees and birds. I enjoyed visits from Paco, Regina's cat, and his best friend, Moritz. Regina is a great host - very friendly, generous and easy going. It was nice to have someone to chat to and give me advice. I miss this place already!

Muy bonita casa, excelente para pasar un excelente rato con la familia, la casa está súper equipada con todo lo necesario y hasta de más. Sin duda esperamos regresar pronto.

This is THE place!!! We stayed for 4 nights and loved every single moment of it! To start, this was the biggest pool that I found in all of the Airbnbs I looked at. There is great AC and the upstairs grill/lounge area was such a great touch. I loved going up there in the mornings and seeing a little street kitty sitting on the neighbors roof. It is shaded and very comfortable! Great place to have your morning coffee. Speaking of morning coffee, they do provide a coffee maker and coffee grounds. Check-in was a breeze, and the person that helped us was very flexible with our time. In terms of location, it doesn't get better. We walked EVERYWHERE. When we didn't feel like walking, a quick Uber ride did the trick. I also loved the bed, it was so comfortable. The TV in the living room was a great touch to relax after long days of walking in Merida. Finally, the house looks like an art museum. I mean beautiful does not even begin to cover it. This whole place is something out of a magazine.

We had a wonderful stay in Arnau's beautiful home in Merida! It's a beautiful, unique home, the yard and pool are wonderful, great internet, comfy bed, and Arnau was a very helpful host with great recommendations and assistance!

This place can be summed up in one word, grandeur! My wife and i absolutely loved it. If there was one critique it would be the bar stool chairs and bar/table in kitchen doesn’t work. It’s impossible to sit in the chairs and be seated at the table. We didn’t need them anyway I tried to sit there once with was like this is very uncomfortable and just does not work. But it wasn’t a big deal to us because it was so beautiful outside! In the summer that could be different I reckon.

Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La piscine était très agréable en fin de journée, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. Logement très spacieux et confortable.

The house and amenities are good. The location requires a car to move around. It is a nice residential community. Not many businesses near by. Preferable to arrive during the day and not at night. It is very lonely. But we were able to move around well because the proximity to the beach and other tourists places. Overall it was a very good experience. Cristian and his crew were great.

This is a beautiful house- recently and tastefully designed and furnished with good facilities. The hosts were particularly accommodating, flexible and responsive. Definitely recommend.

La propiedad cumple conforme a lo descrito. Buena ubicación, bien equipada y muy acogedora. Pasamos una gran estancia, sin duda regresaremos. Ricardo estuvo super atento en todo momento. Destaca el plus de la limpieza cada ciertos días, y la flexibilidad del anfitrión.

We found our dream accommodation at Casa del Árbol! The house is spacious, perfect for our family of four, and the private Chukum pool was a highlight. It’s not huge, but perfect for cooling off in Mérida’s heat. The house is beautifully renovated, with stylish yet practical furnishings – you can tell a lot of thought went into it. Everything worked perfectly, from the Wi-Fi and air conditioning to the kitchen appliances. Despite booking on the same day, the house was thoroughly cleaned and ready for us. We also got to meet the host, Jerome, who was there at the time. He was friendly and welcoming, and gave us lots of helpful tips. Communication was smooth and easy. While the city center is walkable, we mostly used Uber with our two kids, which was convenient.The neighborhood felt safe and calm, and we always felt comfortable. After a not-so-great experience with another place in Mérida, this was exactly what needed.
