This villa is one of 8 units on a beach property called Island Magic Villas, located on the north side of Caye Caulker. It is located across 'The Split' which means it is only accessible by boat. There is a public ferry that makes trips across to the village all day long. Guests can walk, ride the resort's golf cart, or bike approximately a third of a mile from the property to the ferry at the split. The property has a large swimming pool, and a full service restaurant an beach bar.
