The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Renovated waterfront home at Ten Bay beach

This beautifully renovated 2 bed, 1 bath home sits on crystal clear Caribbean water and is steps away from Ten Bay beach. The main bedroom has a queen bed and stunning views. The guest bed has 2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed making this a great option for one or two couples. The fully furnished kitchen has a gourmet gas range for those who like to cook. Complete with backup solar power, a R/O system, A/C, wifi, TV, grill, kayaks and assorted beach gear, come relax and enjoy paradise!

Welcome to South Beach Southside Cottage! This 1-bedroom oceanfront cottage is situated just above a stunning, mile-long stretch of pink sand beach along Banks Road, Governor’s Harbour, well known for its impressive and affluent residences. The charming, stand-alone cottage is situated in front of the main house on South Beach Estate (not rented). Availability is subject to when the owner is not in residence. Both cottages can be rented together for couples and singles travelling together.

Welcome to Tipsy Palm Villa, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1200 sq. ft. bungalow on Ten Bay residential road, near the Caribbean-facing side of Eleuthera. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.

Real, Working Lighthouse with Secluded Beach

Palmetto Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is located on navigational charts of the Bahamas. The house is directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has commanding views throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio followed by a staircase to the secluded beach. It's a spacious, well-appointed residence with a living area, dining area, three bedrooms, and two full baths. WiFi and a Smart TV plus a DVD player.

Blue Turtle Cottage is situated on over a 9-mile-long beach with views of the sapphire blue waters. Private steps will lead you down to a secluded beach. Fully equipped kitchen, custom-made cabinetry, gorgeous ocean blue tile backsplash and top of the line fixtures. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ while sipping on your favorite cocktail in the evening sun.
