Das im helle, im scandinavischen Stil eingerichtete Häuschen befindet sich in Flöha, am Fuß des Erzgebirges, 15 Autominuten entfernt von Chemnitz, der Kulturhauptstadt´25 und 200 m neben einem Radweg, welcher in beide Richtungen durch viel Natur in die umliegenden Orte führt. Platz gibt's für 4 Personen. Die Terrasse mit Blick in den romantischen Garten lädt zum frühstücken, grillen und chillen ein. Zum Unterstellen/Laden von E-Bikes o. Motorrädern steht nach Absprache eine Garage zur Verfügung.

COOL Apt near PARK & CENTER + Garden & WIFI to GO

Highlights of the apartment are COMFORTABLE BED, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO coffee maker and great modern shower. You have access to GARDEN in the building. In the surrounding is a lot of good local non-expensive restaurants, supermarket , FARMER MARKET and 5 min METRO/ SUBWAY or TRAM station. Apt is in the beautiful neighborhood not far from the center but has great connection to all most visited attraction! In the flat you will have Prague guidebooks with many recommendations.:)

Haus Iris ist ein selbständiges kleines Reihenhaus auf zwei Etagen mit eigenem Eingang. Unten sind das Bad, die Wohnküche und das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse. Oben sind die zwei Schlafzimmer: Das Große mit einem Doppelbett, das Kleine mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wie in Ferienhäusern üblich, sind Bettbezüge und Handtücher nicht im Preis inbegriffen, können aber für € 7,50 pro Person und Woche gestellt werden. EineTesla-Ladestation gibt es in 5 Km Entfernung an der Autobahn..

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River. A parking ticket for parking close to the apartment is optionally available. (11 Euro per week) . I will be happy to obtain this ticket for you if required! Let the city surprise you.
