Public transport: U-/S-Bahnhof "Tempelhof", 3 mins, 6 stops to "Stadtmitte", Bus 140 –>Ostbahnhof, night bus line, car: no environment badge needed, A100 Exit "Tempelhofer Damm", speed reduced-30km-Zone, parking free. Berlin visitors are obliged to pay an additional Tourism tax. It is 5%, but can be avoided when on a buisness trip.

Супермаркет и метро в 2 минутах пешком, автовокзал- в 5 минутах пешком. Мы предоставляем постельное белье, полотенца, фен, утюг, чай, кофе, «you tube» без рекламы, а в ванной комнате- ванные принадлежности. Возможно продление пребывание в квартире до вечера за доплату. Just a ten-minute walk from the city's largest park, Tempelhofer Feld, this flat is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet location with good public transport connections. Surrounded by shops and is just 5 minutes away from the nearest underground station and direct from the airport by train(SBahn). The bus takes you within minutes to cool spots such as Kreuzberg and the underground (Ubahn) takes you to the more touristy areas like Mitte in just 15 min. Queer friendly ♥️

Modernes Ferienhaus mit grosser Terrasse und Garten auf hinterem Teil unseres Grundstückes, nord/östli. Stadtrand von Berlin. Ein Schlafz. 2 Betten , Wohnzimmer 2 bequeme Polsterliegen, offene Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, alles mit Fußbodenheizung. Nicht für Partys geeignet. Großer Pool, nicht beheizt, von mitte Mai bis September geöffnet. Holzkohle-Grill vorhanden. S-Bahn S7 und Bus sind in 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen und mit beiden fährt man in 35 min. in die City.
