Although this quaint building is steeped in history, this is a truly modern apartment filled with tasteful furnishings of chic and minimalist design. Enjoy Prague from a traditional house from 15th century originally used as Toll House to collect toll from Prague incomers to the old city! Pohořelec square is a part of Prague situated few steps above Prague castle on panoramatic hill Petrin and attached to medieval "Hunger wall" and neighbouring Strahov Monestary. The city center is 15 minutes downhill walk. Main city link tram 22 has station in front of the house. Self-standing townhouse to your full disposition, fully equiped, newly refurbished, experience of a lifetime! No need of meeting the host, everything is anonymous, well informed, totally anonymous, great for people who can find take care of them selves and make their visit on their own! The house is self serviced and we equip guests with plenty of information and are available online. The house is located a few minutes from Prague Castle. It is attached to an old monastery, and to Hladova Zed—the Hunger Wall—a medieval defense built in the 1300s. The house is also near Strahov Monastery, a Premonstratensian abbey founded in 1143. Ideally located near public transport station Pohořelec tram number 22 and subway station Hradčanská or Malostranská. We also offer our guests two folding bikes (FOLDY) for usage free of charge. The bikes are available on request, limited to availability and weather conditions. On request we offer free bike rental, depends on availability. We have two foldable FOLDY bikes. Easily parkapble in the house! The house is equipped with PROFI NESPRESSO coffee machine.

Luxury renovated, stylish interesting small terraced house. For stays longer than 1 month we ask for rental contract. Usable space 90 sq.m., 3 floors, 2 staircases. Ground floor - small hall, kitchen, bathroom WC+shower. 1st floor - bedroom - double bed 180x200 and balcony, toilet. 2nd floor - living room, 1 folding sofa, balcony, desk with chair. Without doors. Wi-fi. Special atmosphere, 2 min to tram, 10 minutes by tram to Metro, walking distance to Prague castle, luxury rezidence area.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Complete townhouse with garden to yourself

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and cozy accommodation. The townhouse is quietly located and at the same time close to the city center. Public buses and trams are within easy walking distance. My weekend and holiday house is fully equipped for a family. The equipment is neat and plentiful. The campus of the Technical University of Dresden and the Palucca University of Dance Dresden are within easy reach. Great playground in 350m.

Wir haben unser Haus frisch renoviert im November 2024 Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges und ruhiges Reihenhaus mit vier Schlafzimmer auf drei Ebenen mit ca. 125qm. Eine Terrasse mit Garten sowie Parkplätze sind vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Gehweite befinden sich ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Bank, Imbiss, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle.
