The small apartment is located on the beach, in the center of the city.Very close to restaurants, cafes,bakery,grocery and pharmacy.There are also beach bars,surf clubs with umbrellas and chairs.The bus station is 2' away while the distance from the Rafìnas port and the airport of Athens is 5km, and I can arrange a taxi for your transfer at any moment.The apartment has two rooms with one double bed and one sofa-bed,one bathroom and a kitchen.Can accommodate 4 people.I be will be glad to see you!

It's right on the beach! Very unique apartment 80m2 in front of the sea, in the bay of Itea. This well decorated 1st floor/level and 2 bedrooms apartment is situated in a quiet neighboorhood only 2 minutes walk frλom the city center. The ancient city of Delphi is 15 min drive and the picturesque Galaxidi 10 min. The Beach House is right in front of the sea and is located on the corner between 2 very beautiful and clean beaches. Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! A breezy penthouse with amazing views of the sunset the sea and the mountain. Located on the 6th floor of a block of flats. Lift gets you to the 5th floor and then a staircase to the 6th floor. Wonderful verandas to the front and to the back of the building. One that can be accessed through the living room and the bedroom. And a second one decorated with plants with a canopy for shade that can be accessed from the kitchen.

No shops, bars, and crowds around, but if you would like to enjoy a night out or shopping, the tourist village of Milina is only a 10-minute drive. Parking is possible in the village 100m from the house, or you can park on the road next to the front gate.
