Vakantiewoningen in flat in Central Greece

The place was a bit bigger than it looked like in the pictures. It was easy to find and just as easy to check in and out. There are two metros nearby and grocery stores in walkable distance. We enjoyed staying in there. It was cozy and we would stay there again if we would need a place to stay in Athens.

Beautiful place, well-decorated, it makes you feel straight at home and relaxed. The host has thoughtfully provided everything needed - from a fully equipped kitchen and coffee to shower gel and cleaning products - and it’s spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the couch with Netflix (included in the stay). Great location, close to nice restaurants and within walking distance of the metro that takes you to the city centre. We'd love to come back!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κεντρικό με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα κεντρικά μέρη της Χαλκίδας με τα πόδια και πόλη καλή πρόσβαση με αστικές συγκοινωνίες. Πόλη φιλική και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Appartement très confortable, propre et agréablement décoré en centre-ville face à la mer. Coin cuisine bien équipé. Nous retenons que le lit et le canapé convertible sont particulièrement confortables !

In the appartment there was everything we needed. Kostas was really friendly and helpful and he also gave us lemons and mandarins from the trees. The Kirra area is peaceful and quiet in the end of march. Nearby there is foodmarket, vegetable/fruitstore and bakery. And more in Itea (about 2 kilometers). You can walk along the coastal way/path all the way to Itea. And what a view!!!

Lovely place! Beautifully decorated with attention and eye for details. The area was great, two blocks from metro and area has really good local restaurants. Not much tourists in the area and walking distance of 30 minutes from Acropolis. Irene (host) communicated well, friendly and flexible. Apartment very convenient to access with key code and no need for a physical key. Would book it again if Itravel to Athens!

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! Πολύ ικανοποιημένος από την διαμονή μου, η διαρρύθμιση των χώρων, καθαρό. Το μόνο θέμα μου ήταν, ότι δεν είχα εύκολη πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα, για να μπορέσω να απολαύσω την υπέροχη θέα που προσφέρει.

On a passé un séjour incroyable chez Alexandros ! L’appartement était juste parfait : super propre, cosy, bien décoré et équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir vraiment comme à la maison. On a adoré y rentrer après nos balades. Le gros plus : la station de métro juste à côté, super pratique pour rejoindre le centre rapidement et sans stress. Et que dire des hôtes… Vraiment disponibles et ultra réactifs. On a senti qu’ils avaient à cœur de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible, et ça fait toute la différence. Franchement, c’est un sans-faute. On repart avec plein de bons souvenirs et le sourire. Je recommande à 100 % !

Apartment is fantastic, not bland like most newer listing's, it's someone's home with lots of character and a fantastic terrace, even in April we could sit out and have breakfast. Top marks for being generous with the coffee, normally you get one pod per day if you are lucky and so have to go buy more. Here I could have 2 or 3 coffees and not worry. You can read up on the neighborhood elsewhere and it's downsides but you can easily walk to the centre and it seemed safe enough with loads of bakeries at the main square. We picked up souvlaki from one of the fast food stalls and it was decent. For the price the flat is excellent, lift is an experience but worked and saved some tired legs. Would definitely recommend but have a look on street view if you want a feel for the surroundings you will be in. We had 4 days in Athens which we think was enough to view most of the sites.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Maria ! L’emplacement est calme mais dans un quartier vivant, c’était très propre, Maria était très arrangeante et amicale, tout était conforme à la description.

bon petit logement, correctement équipé, avec une belle terrasse, dans un quartier calme. Je n'étais que de passage à Lamia mais cela m'a parfaitement convenu.

Appartement parfait 👍 Super emplacement, à proximité de tout: hyper centre, acropole, supérettes, resto, boutiques… Nous y sommes restés 5 jours et avons tt fait à pied ! Appartement propre, bien agencé, ensoleillé le matin. Machine à café sur place … et petites sucreries qui ont bien fait plaisir à mes garçons ! La proximité des bars font qu’il y a un peu de bruit le vendredi soir ! Très calme le matin 😊

Christos was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. His place was spacious and clean, located in a great area to explore Athens with an amazing view of the Acropolis

We loved our stay in Athens at this beautiful Airbnb. The terrace is breathtaking! Yiota was very helpful and nice. Walkable to everything, top floor so it was nice not having people walking around above you. Our trip was amazing and this awesome Airbnb contributed to that.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, just a 3-minute walk from the metro. We were warmly welcomed with lots of helpful tips on what to see and where to eat, such a great start to the trip. The location is perfect, with a direct metro line from the airport and to Piraeus, and you can walk to all the main sights and attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, responses were quick, and any questions or issues were handled right away. We especially loved the rooftop pool, the spacious apartment, the easy check-in and check-out, the cleanliness, and all the thoughtful touches and essentials provided. Would absolutely stay here again!

Όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος! Απολαύσαμε την πισίνα και τον έξω χώρο ενώ παράλληλα ήμασταν ούτε 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο. Ό,τι πρέπει για όσους απολαμβάνουν την ησυχία. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Nice two floor apartment in a new building. It has two terraces with amazing view, pool was clean and heated. Easy self check in. There's no microwave or we just didn't find it 🤷 Parking in underground garage is very narrow, only for small cars.

The place is exactly as the pictures, the condo is really nice, located just meters away from a plaza with several restaurante and café options.

Localização excelente. Próximo de tudo, fácil de caminhar e ver muita coisa interessante. Ótimos restaurantes. Anfitriões respondem rapidamente e dão muitas dicas locais. Foi tudo ótimo em nossa estadia.

Great stay and host was lovely and so helpful. I'm very impressed with the apartment and pool on top was a nice extra.

I will try to keep it as simple as possible. - The building Generally looks amazing & very luxury , also extremely clean and with the necessary lighting during the night (Entry works with pin , and for me this is a big plus.) - The apartment was extremely clean, well organized & very well maintained, AC works perfectly for heating at 24 Celcius during the Spring season (March 2025.) . - For the location I will keep it simple, I really don't know nothing, I use my car for everything every time (I was there on business trip.) I found with ease parking places near to the road (free.) , supermarkets around the neighborhood & Gas Station was extremely close , That's all from my side. - For me was very important that I can train in the Fitness area , just the basics, don't wait Deadlift platforms , Squat racks , etc , some light dumbbells, a few cardio machines , a kettlebell until 16 kg, that's all, it was very nice for circulation some blood in my body. Luxury, Comfortable, Perfect!
