LOFT 444 is a spacious loft in downtown Minonk, IL. Decorated in modern industrial and has that homey feeling that just makes you want to stay the minute you walk in! Walking distance to bar/restaurants, Minonk Lanes, Woodford Pub, Riff’s, Brick House Coffee Shop, Joe’s Pizza, and The Sweet Shop. Built in the year 1900, this was the very first bank in Hanna City! Located in the rear of our brick building is the unique & fun apartment with it's own entrance. An outdoor area near the door w/table &chairs for guest use. *No smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)*We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission. *To reach the bedroom/living area you must climb a ladder*

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub!
