This place is so magical ; million dollars view, giant patio with a massive fireplace right on the deck and a land with endless pristine forest! Here, all dreams seems to be possible. It is at least the way we felt 2 years ago when we moved into this paradise. Also, everything good is close enough that you don't have to take the car if you don't want to. The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.
