Vivali BnB with free breakfast

BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. Umgeben von Natur & mit Ausblick auf die Hausberge geniessen Sie ihre Ruhe! Die Stadt Luzern ist in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Diverse Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. AUTO ZWINGED NÖTIG, DA KEINE ÖV-VERBINDUNG Im mittleren Teil befindet sich unser Tagungslokal für Firmenseminare und Hochzeiten.(Nur Wochenende) & im obersten Stockwerk wohnen wir mit 2 Kindern.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Holzbau-Bungalow mitten in Beinwil am See. Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Unser Paradies lädt zum erholen ein. Das Gästezimmer und Badezimmer wie auch die Stube (wo sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher hat),befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Walensee und die Churfirsten. WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. Ab Juli 2024 wieder für Gäste geöffnet! Ein Studio Zimmer für 2 Personen, die Betten können gestapelt oder einzeln hingestellt werden. (Es können maximal 2 Personen und 1 Kleinkind sein) Die Privatsphäre für die Toilette und den Waschraum ist gegeben. Auch steht eine kleine Kochnische zur Verfügung. 3 Minuten zu Bushaltestelle, 10 Minuten bis Luzern Zentrum, 5-8 Minuten zu Einkaufszentrum oder zum See, sehr guten Anschluss zu Autobahn.
