Villa Calvi is an 18th century manor/Villa located on the hills of lago Maggiore in Piedmont, Italy, about one hour and 15 minutes from Milano and about 50 minutes from Malpensa Airport. It directly overlooks the lake and is about 10 minutes away from various sports activities like tennis, golf, mountain bike, horse riding, sailing etc. It boasts a beautiful park, with a waterfall for amazing walks. It has a big veranda with a gazebo where to enjoy a great prosecco and a delicious breakfast.

This exquisite villa, in the popular Golden Triangle area of Lake Como, has outstanding views of the lake and the mountains. It is relatively secluded while within walking distance of village restaurants and amenities. There are spectacular walks from the villa into the mountains and the lake is only a 100mt away through little lanes passing a small vineyard and church. La Dolce Vita!

Beach house near Bellagio

Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.
