La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

appartamento al 1o piano completamente ristrutturato nel 2021 -completo di tutto eccetto lavatrice(lavanderia a 200mt) -terrazzo -smart tv 41" no via cavo -postazione di lavoro -self check entro i 50mt:porto antico, ristoranti e bar, mercato con prodotti locali, parcheggi a pagamento entro i 200mt:spiagge a pagamento o libere(sabbia e pietre), parcheggi liberi >> posizione centrale ma molto silenziosa, ideale per chi volesse anche lavorare in remoto e avesse bisogno di un pò di concentrazione

Appartamento al Mare di Andrea

Appartamento moderno, piano Alto, molto Luminoso. A pochi Passi dal Mare e dalla Ciclabile che collega Ventimiglia a Bordighera, Recentemente ristrutturato ,dotato di ogni confort,contesto,tranquillo residenziale, ben servito da: Supermercato, Campi da Paddle Ristoranti ,gelaterie e fermata del autobus. Stazione del treno a 15min a piedi. Ottima posizione per Visitare oltre confine la bellissima Mentone, Montecarlo e Nizza, oppure restando in Italia , Sanremo, Bordighera , Dolceacqua, Rochetta.

Stupenda casa con Jacuzzi nel giardino e dotata di tutti i confort, ideale per trascorrere le Vostre vacanze in pieno relax a due passi dal mare. Si tratta di un trilocale con ingresso indipendente è interamente climatizzato e composto da soggiorno vista mare con TV (Netflix) e cucina attrezzata, camera matrimoniale, camera con 2 letti singoli e bagno con doccia. Our apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Menton train station and shops, and old town. Reserved carpark in the basement. Large 50m2 apartment with living room, American kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with reading corner or single bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Well insulated with double windows and reversible air conditioning.

The apartment is located on the coastline of the Ligurian Sea. The closest beach is less than a hundred yards away. The terrace offers stunning views of the sea, the picturesque Ospedaletti. Nearby are located restaurants, shops and promenade for walks. The second entrance to your apartment is located on the main street, Via Aurelia, next to the bus stop. From there you can take the bus either to Sanremo or to the towns that are bordering France.
