Vit was very nice host.Perfect accomodation for young people in the center of CK.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft . Küche mit allem notwendigen Ausgestattet. Schöne Betten. 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Lipno See.

Poloha ubytování skvělá. Čisto všude, gril ovšem tak špinavý, že jsme nepoužili. Chyběly nám náhradní pytle do odpadkových košů. Přecpaný pytlík ve vysavači a náhradní ani na recepci neměli. Bylo by dobré, napsat do pokynů, co vše je k dispozici i ohledně úklidu. Nejsem určitě uklízecí typ ale pokud je více dní více lidí pohromadě, je to nutné. Byli jsme v termínu v září a ve všední dny, takže všude klid. Okolí je úchvatné a to je největší deviza celého Lake side. Sauna taktéž super a ocenili jsme prichystaná prostěradla. Máme v plánu se vracet.

Ubytování a komunikace v naprostém pořádku. Do centra je to 10-15 minut chůzi. Pokud přijede vice vozy musíte počítat s parkováním jinde.

Wir hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub in Lipno. Das Haus ist sehr schön, wäre groß genug auch für zwei Familien und ist wirklich schön und sauber. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt war auch unkompliziert und sehr nett.

Pobyt u Radka byl opravdu pohadkovy. Lokace je uzasna,v male vesnicce u reky, kousek od Krumlova a kousek od Lipna (ani do rakouskeho Linze to nemate daleko). Domecek je utulny, velky a vyborne vybaveny,najdete v nem vse, co potrebujete a jeste mnohem vic, a to i pro pobyt s miminkem a pejskem. Radi jsme vyuzili i venkovniho posezeni a grilu. Urcite bychom zustali i dele, pokud by to slo. Radek je uzasny hostitel,po cely pobyt se o nas krasne staral, odpovidal vzdy velmi rychle na jakykoliv dotaz. Byla to jedna z tech nejlepsich airbnb zkusenosti, jake jsme meli a pokud budeme mit moznost, radi se k Radkovi vratime. Radka jako hostitele a jeho roztomily domecek muzeme jen vrele doporucit.

Das Haus von Veronika entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns mit zwei Familien gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war neu, geschmackvoll, es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und eine sehr schöne Landschaft. Veronika war immer schnell für unsere Anliegen erreichbar, freundliche Kommunikation.

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

Wir waren zu viert mit unserem großen Hund zu Gast. Es war alles so wie beschrieben, super sauber und voll ausgestattet. Im Haus gab es jede Menge Ausflug Tipps und wir haben bei jeder Frage super schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Absolut empfehlenswert- alles wie erwartet, rustikal und einfach vom wohnen und grandios im Außenbereich/Lage/Preis. Wir hatten mit Kleinkind und großer Hündin einen riesen Spaß und schöne sonnige Tage. Han war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in allen Themen vor Ort schnell helfen können - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (wir haben nur die Außenküche genutzt) und für Familie und Hundebesitzer top. Joggen und Aktivitäten direkt von der Tür weg ein Traum! Echt toll und Preis-Leistung super - wir kommen wieder - danke Han für eine erholsame Woche in deiner Unterkunft.

Two separate, lockable apartments in the basement of a family house, with Wi-Fi, a shared garden, a pool, and free street parking. The host can flexibly switch the apartments; I originally booked apartment 2 but ended up getting apartment 1, which wasn’t really a problem. The accommodation (apartment 1) is spacious, with a large wardrobe in the hallway, a living room with a double bed + a bunk bed and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and another room with a double bed and a dining table, from where a small kitchenette is accessible. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, the only negative is that there were no basic cooking supplies available (oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The host is reliable, responds quickly to any questions but gives guests plenty of space. Since access is via a key box, there was no personal contact, and we weren’t disturbed. I recommend it, and if I’m in the area again, I’ll try to stay here.

Ubytování je menší, ale čtyřčlenná rodina jsme se bez problémů vešli. Nic nám nechybělo. Hostitelka Tereza ihned reagovala a odepisovala na dotazy.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit appartement. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht. Fijn dat we direct bij het appartement konden parkeren. Alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig en de afstand tot de skipiste was prima.

Perfektní komunikace, vstřícnost. Doporučuji.

Pobyt jsme si moc užili. Ubytování je krásné, moderní, čisté a jako bonus kamna, která dodají ru správnou atmosféru. Vybavení skvělé, opravdu nám nic nechybělo. Pokud hledáte Lipenské vyžití, je všude kousek, pokud hledáte klidnější relax, najdete ho také. Paní majitelka je velmi vstřícná dáma, mohli jsme se ubytovat dříve, což jsme v zimních měsících velmi ocenili. Na místo bychom se rádi vrátili, děkujeme :)

Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté a perfektně zařízené. Lokalita klidná ale zároveň v centru. Úžasné klidné místo s nádherným výhledem na vodu. Určitě jsme zde nebyli naposledy. Jako bonus v přízemí kavárna a bruch, takže i snídaně postaráno. Moc děkujeme a doporučujeme.

Wat een heerlijk huis. Het was precies wat we zochten. Een fijn huis op loopafstand van het meer, restaurantjes en supermarkten. Het huis zelf is niet luxe maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een tuin en ook binnen veel ruimte. Veel dank voor de fijne tijd!

Naprostá spokojenost.

We stayed at Simona's place in Lipno for a full week of skiing. Our 6 and 9 year-old learned to ski and at the end of the week, we have skied all the slopes. We went swimming in Frymburk, visited Cesky Krumlov, went to the bob sled track; it was an amazing week. The vacation house was a perfect home for the week, with a view on the slopes and the lake. The Residence Lipno is a very pleasant spot to stay in and the house is nice and clean. We recommend.
