It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De kamer kan wel wat vochtig zijn door slechte ventilatie maar dat heeft Maja direct opgelost :)

Очень отзывчивые хозяйка и её семья, готовые помочь в любой момент проживания. Жильё удобное, с функциональной кухней и качественным бойлером в ванной. До моря, магазина, пекарни и ресторанов идти очень близко, рядом есть аптека. Единственный минус - слабоватый WiFi. Большое спасибо, Андреа!

We stayed for 5 nights and this place was absolutely worth it. The flat had everything one can possibly ask for. It was cleane and very nicely decorated. Furniture, mattress and kitchen utensils were of top quality. There is ample space in the flat which allowed our lil one to move freely in the house. Location is perfect, with supermarket in the same buildng (ground floor) and beach access is nearby. Parking was also free and convenient to do. And lastly, the host is very friendly and prosctive in their communication. They went above and beyond to provide us with a food mixer which we wanted for our lil one, which was very kind of them. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in and I will defintiely recommend this place. 5 stars !!

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Perfect place to stay! It was our first trip with our 3 month old & they had a great crib and even left us a sterilizer when I asked if they had a microwave to help us with our needs. Gorgeous view & easy walk to old town. Would stay again!

Cet appartement est incroyable sur tous les plans. Je suis restée 28 jours et je n’ai jamais regretté cette location ! Sa localisation est parfaite ! Il suffit de descendre et quitter le bâtiment pour accéder à tous les services proposés dans les alentours (restaurants, boulangerie, boutiques…). À mon arrivée, le logement était chauffé et très propre. Les chauffages fonctionnent très bien ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a de quoi faire le ménage, beaucoup de linges de lit et de serviettes. Il y a un étendoir et une machine à laver. Vos vêtements sèchent très vite grâce au chauffage. Bref, tous les éléments ont été réunis afin que je passe un excellent séjour à Tivat !

This place was beautiful!! We loved getting to stay in a smaller, quieter town and getting to visit Perast & Kotor. Parking is easy and free! The views are amazing, and this apartment was so cute and cozy on the inside. We loved the loft, so fun! Everything was so clean. One of our favorite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The host isn’t super easy to get in contact with, but it wasn’t much of a problem because we didn’t need much. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. A short drive from several beaches. Local restaurants nearby. Comfortable space for 2 people. Željko has many great recommendations. He arranged a boat ride for us. Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

Wir hatten die beste Zeit. Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und sogar jemand aus der Nachbarschaft war zum übersetzen gekommen. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto braucht etwas Erfahrung mit steilen Straßen aber für den Ausblick den man dafür bekommt lohnt es sich zu 100%. Jovanas Eltern sind unglaublich gastfreundlich und lieb. Wir hoffen bald wieder bei dieser netten Familie Urlaub machen zu können. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Alles einfach top! :)

It is very close to Kotor Old Town, neighborhood is quite and safe. Parking space is covered our needs. Place was very clean and everything we need is provided by Nancy. Nancy’s son is so much helped us for our travel. We would like to thank them from here!

The apartment is located in peacefull surrounding with lot of chill out places within the garden. You have incredible pier shared by only 2 apartments while also detached so guests can have their own privacy. There are also stairs to the pristine sea where you can enjoy all by yourself. Across the street you may find small restaurant with great meals. Parking is also provided. Kotor and Perast and markets are 5 min drive from the property. If you want tranquil place and avoid hustle and bustle of the Kotor’s old town, within short drive to it, I truly recommend this place. Owners are at your disposal if anything is needed, but also unobtrusive so you don’t even know if they are home. Thank you, Jovice, for a magnificent stay! We will definitely come back.

Fantastic location , with a fabulous view. Just a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Easy for us with the stairs down to the bay. Would be a challenge if you had mobility issues, but an easy walk down to the water. A great bakery just to the right at the bottom of the stairs. We really liked the restaurant Landovina, which is nearby.

The house was perfect. It is a wonderful location right on the bay, but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Old Town. The home was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Bostjan and Tamara were very responsive, hospitable, and helped make for an excellent stay.

Ado was an excellent host. He responded quickly and was flexible for our check in. His daughter in law was very helpful and made sure we settled in well and were comfortable. The location is on the waterfront of Dobrota and walkable to the marina and Old Town of Kotor. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a terrace with views of the mountains and the bay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Milica son derece sıcak kanlı ve iletişimi çok yüksek biriydi sürekli eksiğimizin olup olmamasıyla ilgilendi. Eve girdiğimiz ilk andan itibaren temizlik konusunda hassas olduğunu görebildim ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Bizim için balkonun önünde duran ağacı budayıp manzaranın tam anlamıyla gözükmesini sağladılar bunun dışında evde her türlü ihtiyacınıza yönelik eşya mevcuttu makyaj temizleme pamuğundan ütüsüne varıncaya kadar. Çok düşünceli olması sebebiyle tekrardan gelip konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer oldu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz Milica!!!

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

Un superbe appartement proche de Kotor. Fidèle aux photos, fonctionnel et pratique (serviettes de douches, lits confortables…) Baignade dans le lac à 1mn à pied, avec vue magnifique ! Bon rapport qualité - prix !Je recommande fortement !

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

Nous n avons jamais rencontré Irèna. Néanmoins, Irena nous a envoyé avant l arrivée toutes les instructions (arrivée, stationnement...). Puis nous a conseillé ce qu il y avait a faire dans la région. Irena est très disponible et répond rapidement aux questions. Elle est adorable. Il est difficile de trouver de la place, tous les jours nous avions nos essuies glaces de voiture relevés. Le logement est au bord de la route avec beaucoup de passage, nous n avons pas pu profiter du balcon et terrasse car trop de bruits. Les chambres sont côté route. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description avec tout l essentiel pour le séjour.

The apartment is lovely, lots of space and everything you would need for a holiday. it feels very peaceful and the beds are really comfy. Dijana is a great host and had lots of great recommendations. I would definitely stay again.

This was a fantastic apartment, with stunning views. We felt right at home! It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest access to the Bay of Kotor (small beach), with a beautiful promenade to walk along to reach old town. It will take around 40 minutes to leisurely walk to Kotor Old Town. There are steep hills to get to the apartment so I would recommend having a mode of transport or using the local taxis (which are great). Slobodan was a wonderful host, very responsive and great at giving local suggestions!
