In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Welcome to our studio apartment with a stunning sea view! Perfect for solo travelers and couples. Looking to work from home? My studio's internet is fast enough for all the remote workers. The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.

It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement. By The Sea

The apartment is 200 meters from the Old Town, 10 meters from the beach. Near the apartment there is a shopping center. It is about 1 km away from the bus station, and from the Tivat airport 10-15 minutes drive. Near the apartment there is a bakery (2 minutes from the apartment), there is also a restaurant which is located by the sea where you can relax with our traditional food and glass of wine. The bathroom renovated in 2024 😊

Rent spectacular apartment Budva

Excellent location! Distance to the city beach ( Slovenska plaža) just 50 meters. Walking distance to the Old Town 10 min. The apartment is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !
