In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement. Rent spectacular apartment Budva

Excellent location! Distance to the city beach ( Slovenska plaža) just 50 meters. Walking distance to the Old Town 10 min. The apartment is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !

FantaSea-Small apartment with terrace and beach

Cute apartment with the sea view and private beach that is used by my family and our Airbnb guests. Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry room, parking etc. Please note: the lounge chairs and terraces are for exclusive use for our guests, but we cannot forbid anyone to be on pier or rock part of the beach!

Room with private bathroom and kitchen will make your stay nice and pleasant. It is only 2 min walk from the Old Town, marina and beaches. Restaurants, bars and supermarket is also 2 minutes away. At the same time this area is quiet and private.
