Scala per salire al piano superiore dove ci sono un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, ampio soggiorno con divano letto, camino, cucina aperta con lavastoviglie. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

La nostra roulotte si trova a 1200 metri sul livello del mare con una fantastica vista sull'intera valle e sulle montagne circostanti. La roulotte si trova su una strada privata utilizzata solo da noi. Nei dintorni del villaggio ci sono diverse possibilità di escursioni. La roulotte è arredata in modo semplice. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e Il bagno si trova all'esterno della roulotte e a 100 m di distanza in un edificio. Piano di Campo è raggiungibile con l'autobus.

Wir vermieten unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Berghütte im Maggiatal, Kanton Tessin. Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
