객실 상태는 사진과 같았으며, 대가족이 머물기 편안하였습니다. 요청 사항이 잘 반영되었고, 호스트는 신속하고 적극적으로 연락되었습니다. 주방에서 조리 하기 편안하고 에어컨도 잘 작동 되었으며, 수영장도 잘 관리되고 있습니다. 숙소와 이어지는 해변이 있어 아침 저녁 산책도 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 갈 의사가 있습니다.

This is a hidden gem - my second time on Guam, last time stayed at another Airbnb that cost a lot more but didn’t have much of a view. For me the view is the most important. Loved hanging out on the balcony. In December it wasn’t uncomfortably hot outside.

Ani is a very friendly host! The place was very clean and modern, kept well cooled, and big enough for two people to have a good space. Big comfy bed, nice little kitchen. Was in a little gated compound so it’s nice and private, very quiet surroundings, enjoyed the peace. Ani was very responsive and there to help when needed! 10/10 would recommend!

Lisa’s place is about 15min drive from the airport. It is more convenient to rent a car to tour around Guam. Neighbors are very nice too especially Arlene, had a very nice chat with her.

This house is absolutely unique and beautiful - from the stylish room decor, the host's antique collections, to the gorgeous pool and spacious yard. Every detail was eye-catching! (Though we totally regret missing out on the rooftop spa tub!) Todd and his partner were incredibly nice - the welcome drinks and their detailed introduction to the house facilities made us feel completely at home. We'll definitely choose this place again next time... as long as they haven't raised the price, because it's just THAT awesome! Hahaha!

Location is just right next to the beach, quiet neighborhood, feel safe. cleanliness was exceptional, over my expectations. If I come back to Quam, for sure will book the same villa.

My stay at Tomoko’s place was great! It is a very convenient location for those who are looking to explore Guam. Tomoko was very kind and fun to chat with. The stay made my trip to Guam very enjoyable!

The last 15 days at Ocean Villa Unit 205 before leaving Guam made my four years on the island truly special. Indescribably beautiful sunsets, barefoot walks on the beach, and reading under the trees have all made Guam an unforgettable memory. I hope those visiting Guam get to experience these moments as well.
