Vakantiewoningen aan het water in Channel Islands

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

This apartment has the wow factor. It was luxurious, well appointed and warm. The sea views were amazing and it was great to be able to access the wonderful beach from the balcony and listen to the waves in bed. My husband had told Susan we were celebrating an anniversary and she left wine and chocolates for us, which was a lovely touch. It was easy to walk into the centre, or you could catch a bus from the stop nearby. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

Un super appartement face au port, super bien isolé, une fois fermé on écoute plus rien. L appartement est comme sur le descriptif, bien agencé, super propre, une cuisine super fonctionnelle, tout est bien pensé. Des supers balades à pieds à faire ou en bateau pour aller à île CHAUSEY. Un très beau séjour.

L'appartement est très bien situé, conforme à la description, propre ,rien ne manque, Stéphane est réactif, nous avons passé un excellent weekend de Pâques, à une prochaine fois. Merci

Des conditions d'accueil et de séjour idéales, des équipements nombreux, un accueil très agréable et simple. La vue depuis l'appartement est exceptionnelle, et l'intérieur est meublé avec charme et authenticité. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

If you are looking for an apartment with a fantastic location this spot would be ideal. Located in Kingswear there are stunning views across to the Dartmouth embankment and harbour made more picturesque with the steam railway passing by. The apartment is immaculately presented with the kind gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, all home comforts and a beautiful balcony which captures the sun and adds to the appeal. There are 2 pubs and wine bar within a five minute walk and 2 fine dinning restaurants amongst many other eateries across in Dartmouth. We can’t thank our host enough for a great stay.

Le logement était très propre et son emplacement super !

Une maison pleine de charme et d'histoire en face de la mer qui nous offre un spectacle different à chaque instant. De belles promenades peuvent se faire a pieds depuis la location. Le stationnement est facile. Tout etait parfait, nous avons passé une semaine en famille, 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Les espaces sont spacieux et bien pensés. Il faut tout de meme prendre en compte le fait que les chambres et les sanitaires se teouvent a l etage et au sous sol, ce qui peut s'averer genant pour les PMR Nous recommandons cette location dans laquelle nous pensons deja revenir au printemps prochain

Une cosy maison pour un we entre amis. Maison charmante dans un environnement charmant. Tout pleins d’informations envoyées par Marc et son épouse. Bref, un très bon moment passé chez eux. Juste un petit bémol sur la literie de qualité moyenne. Je recommande malgré tout cette adresse 🙂

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Très beau logement très bien situé, très propre et calme. Seul regret le linge de toilette et les draps qui ne sont pas fournis (mais c’était mentionné)

Top séjour chez Pierrick ! La maison joliment décorée et disposant de tous les équipements est le lieu parfait pour se reposer et passer d'excellentes vacances en famille. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Le jardin est très grand et permet de se sentir seul au monde. La maison est super pratique et bien équipée pour cuisiner. Les chambres sont très agréables grâce à une literie parfaite. Une superbe cheminée vous permet de donner une ambiance très chaleureuse à vos soirées. La communication avec Pierrick a été très bonne et très réactive du début jusqu'à la fin. On se sent super bien accueilli. Merci une nouvelle fois pour la délicate attention à notre arrivée. Le petit plus qui fait plaisir ! Je recommande à 100% ce logement.

Absolutely beautiful house overlooking the harbour/sea. The decor is gorgeous throughout with lovely bedding. There were 6 adults and a baby and lots of room for us all to sit. Very comfy sofas and chairs with a stunning view. Lots of steps down to the property from the parking area (3 car spaces) which my husband struggled with as has knee replacement but everyone else managed fine. Very central location with lots of bars and restaurants and shops just downstairs and lovely walks by the sea. Would highly recommend and we would definitely book again

We had a wonderful few days in Matt’s delightful flat - everything was as described but even better. The decor is lovely, the flat had everything we needed and the view is exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emmanuelle et Pierre ! Ils ont été plus qu’adorables, nous proposant même de venir nous chercher en voiture à notre arrivée. Ils ont répondus à nos questions et ont été flexibles sur l’arrivée et le départ. L’appartement était impeccable, l’emplacement très paisible. Nous avons profité des alentours pour y faire du vélo pendant 4 jours. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Hôte réactif et accueillant. Le ménage parfait, rien a redire, tout était conforme à la description.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Clément et Christine qui nous ont remarquablement bien accueilli. L'appartement est impeccable, d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé ( rien ne manque). Il est aussi décoré avec beaucoup de gout et d'attention, ce qui lui confère une atmosphère chaleureuse, que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Les exterieurs confortables de l'appartement offrent une vue remarquable sur Saint Malo d'un coté et Dinard de l'autre. La résidence, très sécurisée, est au calme absolu, dans un environnement verdoyant avec un accès à pied à la plage ! Par ailleurs , l'accueil de nos hôtes a été amical et le contact très facile. Nous recommandons chaleureusement et nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Dinard.

Un séjour agréable chez Christianne et Michel. Des hotes adorables ,un accueil chaleureux. Ils ont pris du temps pour nous recevoir et nous faire visiter.Un logement hyper propre .Tres calme.Tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner.Des produits douche et serviette de bain à disposition. Epicerie de première nécessité en abondance . Bref,nous qui revenions d'un séjour en gite de france avec une seule tablette de lave vaisselle pour une semaine et 2 torchons ça nous a réchauffé le coeur! Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Fantastic place, had everything we needed. The host made the apartment very welcoming and very clear instructions easy to follow. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
