This huge, family-friendly, two bedroom apartment boasts sea views and is only 100m away from the beach. This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. Free High-Speed Wifi, DVDs, Netflix and Smart TV available. Location: You'll never need to get in your car!!! We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) Ground Floor Apartment, Town Centre.

Our town center flat has lots to offer. It is very close to all amenities, shops, several pubs, restaurants, takeaways and historic areas are all within a short walk. Boston is a historic town and is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Frampton Marsh RSPB wetland is only a 10min drive, Spalding Outlet and Skegness on the beautiful East Coast is not far. The flat offers sky Q and movies package, Superfast broadband and much more. Free road side parking. Free Washer drier located on 1st floor.

Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything you need and the beautiful beach and sea just a stones throw away.
