Relax in the lanai or fish in the waterway in the spacious peaceful backyard. 2 poles provided. Charlotte Bay and Harbor is a short 10 minute drive where you can swim, take your boat out, hire a charter or kayaks. Dolphin or manatees can often be seen. Englewood Beach is only a 30 minute drive.
