416 Mid-Mod is a private, lower-level getaway in a modern and centrally located home in Charlotte's Wesley Heights neighborhood. The entry is tucked behind a gate and down a paved, well-lit pathway. The exterior space is appointed with a Weber grill, outdoor dining set, and fenced in yard. Inside, guests will enjoy a queen-sized bed, 50" Roku TV, dining set, comfortable chair, bathroom, and a kitchenette/walk-in closet.

A large sectional sofa and settee allow plenty of seating in the living room. The wet bar has a sink, mini refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bedroom has a king bed (2 twin mattresses together), desk, closets and dresser.
