We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and (1 ) free covered parking spaces. We would argue we offer the best ocean view on the island. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

One bedroom ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island and Coligny Plaza. Steps to private beach access and just a short walk to the Tiki Hut. The villa is very clean and well cared for. Small kitchenette which includes oven, microwave and fridge. Bunks in hallway, recommended for young children. Weight limit on ladder: 75lbs. Perfectly located and tastefully decorated villa w/brand new furniture, flooring and paint throughout. New luxury master and guest bathrooms completed in 2022, updated kitchen with granite and new stainless steel appliances. Villa overlooks one of two community pools from a covered balcony which has a spiral-stair that leads down to the pool and lagoon. 1/4 mile walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach and all the South Beach happenings. Unit has a full-sized washer and dryer and private parking.

Please see our almost 1000 5-star reviews at our other properties. This chic and modern open concept Townhouse is filled with light. And, this end unit townhouse allows for much more light. Beautiful renovations and new furniture will welcome you to your favorite retreat on the island. All 3 bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. 1 is on the main floor and 2 upstairs. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Both Coligny and the new Celebration park are very close too.
