Please visit our website at signaturequiltbandb Signature Quilt Bed and Breakfast is located in Gilbertsville, New York 30 minutes from Oneonta and 45 minutes from Cooperstown. Gilbertsville is one of only two New York villages which are included in the National Historical Register in their entirety. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in a historic 1820s building, which has housed numerous businesses through the years, including a bank and grocery. At one time, it was the print shop that published The Otsego Journal and was formerly the home of Tarot Designing and Printing. The Bed and Breakfast is located on the second floor of the Print Shop. Nestled in this quaint 200-year-old village, it is next to the historic mansion, The Majors Inn, and across from The Value Way Country Store and the studios of various craftspeople and artists. The Bed and Breakfast acquired its name from the 1852 Signature Quilt which is featured along with other antique and contemporary quilts from the Butternut Valley. Our clean, comfortable, and convenient facilities will appeal to those visiting the Gilbertsville area, as well as those interested in quilts and Central New York Leatherstocking history. We will provide a selection of breakfast foods for you to choose from to create your own breakfast. Whether you stay one night or several, you will have a delicious variety of cereals, muffins, breads or cakes to eat. Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

Barry’s Bungalow

Barry's Bungalow is a newly renovated apartment and we’ve been hosting guests since March 2024. It’s conveniently located on Route 12 just south of Greene, 11 mi to Binghamton, 43 mi to Ithaca, and 65 mi to Cooperstown or Syracuse. Dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Unique features include exposed barn beams and a garage door in the living space, bringing the outdoors in! You will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. king bed, beautiful hand carved bench at the bottom of the bed. Desk with a very comfortable high back chair. carpet hardwood floors. The bathroom has double sinks with a marble top and a beautiful teal color to match the sea scape paintings and full tub. My place is close to Oxford and Norwich NY .You’ll love my place because of Country living at its finest pond,stream, 20 acres,nature trails spectacular views from every window. Brand new beautiful custom kitchen with stainless steal appliance. Spa like bathroom. Great place to relax family with kids and furry friends 1 time $30 fee per dog. If you are coming to visit family or friends please entertain at their homes due to insurance
