Please visit our website at signaturequiltbandb Signature Quilt Bed and Breakfast is located in Gilbertsville, New York 30 minutes from Oneonta and 45 minutes from Cooperstown. Gilbertsville is one of only two New York villages which are included in the National Historical Register in their entirety. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in a historic 1820s building, which has housed numerous businesses through the years, including a bank and grocery. At one time, it was the print shop that published The Otsego Journal and was formerly the home of Tarot Designing and Printing. The Bed and Breakfast is located on the second floor of the Print Shop. Nestled in this quaint 200-year-old village, it is next to the historic mansion, The Majors Inn, and across from The Value Way Country Store and the studios of various craftspeople and artists. The Bed and Breakfast acquired its name from the 1852 Signature Quilt which is featured along with other antique and contemporary quilts from the Butternut Valley. Our clean, comfortable, and convenient facilities will appeal to those visiting the Gilbertsville area, as well as those interested in quilts and Central New York Leatherstocking history. We will provide a selection of breakfast foods for you to choose from to create your own breakfast. Whether you stay one night or several, you will have a delicious variety of cereals, muffins, breads or cakes to eat. Cozy upstairs living

Our home is perfect for family gatherings, sight seeing, college touring and more. You will enjoy the peaceful surrounding of a quiet street, view the garden with koi pond and wildlife. We are 10 miles from Colgate University, 18 miles from Morrisville State College and 45 minutes to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cornell University and Ithaca College are 1.5 hours away. There are nature centers with trails (Rogers Center and Wolf Mountain Nature Center), and a classic car museum 12 miles from us.

My place is close to Oxford and Norwich NY .You’ll love my place because of Country living at its finest pond,stream, 20 acres,nature trails spectacular views from every window. Brand new beautiful custom kitchen with stainless steal appliance. Spa like bathroom. The price is based on double occupancy any additional guest will be charged $40 per guest per night Dog fee is $30 per dog maximum 2 dogs. Second sleeping space has no door w/2 twin beds bathroom is in between the 2 sleeping rooms

Barry's Bungalow is a newly renovated apartment and we’ve been hosting guests since March 2024. It’s conveniently located on Route 12 just south of Greene, 11 mi to Binghamton, 43 mi to Ithaca, and 65 mi to Cooperstown or Syracuse. Dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Unique features include exposed barn beams and a garage door in the living space, bringing the outdoors in! The bathroom has double sinks with a marble top and a beautiful teal color to match the sea scape paintings and full tub.
