Spacious full kitchen, open great room & dining leading onto a stunning covered deck, with a very large Fire-pit. High-speed internet, where you can take in city views & our own private waterfall. It will leave you wondering why you would ever leave this one-of-a-kind vacation home.

The home is located in the historic Garland district with views of the city. You will be 3 miles from the heart of downtown & within walking distance to antique shops, bars, restaurants & other local businesses. Enjoy high ceilings, large windows, a fully stocked kitchen, 75"&55"TV, & comfortable king & queen size beds. Sleep more with futon & large couch. Second floor is unoccupied. Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

Near Sacred Heart Hospital, Children's Hospital, and Deaconess Hospital. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and cooking basics. Come as you are, and leave as more. You are warmly welcomed to a cozy home built in 1955 with original hardwood floors and wood burning fireplace. Relax and recharge in this thoughtfully arranged home located in convenient location in North Spokane. Hays park is 2 blocks away, and walking distance to a European food store. It's a 6 min drive to Gonzaga University, and Holy Family Hospital. Downtown is 10 min away.

I live on 4225 west Crown ave the best way to access crown is off of Assembly take a right as you head East on Crown I am the 5th house on the right and it is red=steel siding, I drive a Red TOY Highlander that is typically in the drive way In the pictures I had a gold TOY Highlander at one time but now I got a red one Because I hit a deer with the gold one.
