The best little place to stay in Southern Colorado! The tiny home was immaculate in cleanliness, beauty, and charm. We were able to chat with Dawn and have a deep respect for their sharing of this little place on their property. it was a drive to get to the property but well worth the quiet and serene surroundings. Breakfast was 100% delicious! We appreciated the comfort and privacy of the little bunkhouse. We will have to find a reason to stay with Dawn and Jeff again in the future. I thank my lucky stars another well-known hotel chain was booked for one of the nights we planned to stay in Walsenburg! Book today for a wonderful experience!!

Felt like home ! The host was super nice and responded pretty quick.The house was super clean and had everything we needed ! Store right around the corner walking distance which was very convenient! Overall great stay!

The layout of the home and amount of space was great for our group to come together for some activities but also have our own space when needed. The extra large living room couch was SUPER COMFY and great for a family to curl up together and watch a movie. In the kitchen - all the "Oh no, I forgot ____!" items were available in the cabinets, along with a selection of pots & pans of every size you could possibly need. A great place for a larger family/group, but do be prepared for some 'natural' odors from the (cow) neighbors across the street.

If they had a 10 star rating, I would give it to this place. Thehouse is beautifully decorated like a modern farmhouse. There are lots of cozy touches like an apron hanging on the wall, a hat and shawl to wear out on the back deck, comforters to wrap around you on the couch and the most beautiful kitchen I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental. These guys have state of the art cookware, the best knives and dishes and top-of-the-line soaps, olive oil, and goodies as complementary gifts for their guests. The beds are super comfortable. I slept so deeply. I had great dreams. And then there is the garden in the backyard with fruit trees, flowers, and organic produce as well as fresh eggs from their chickens. Everything was squeaky, clean and so well organized it just made me feel peaceful and at home. On top of that, you’re only one block away from a beautiful park to go for walks in the morning. I am very grateful to have gotten to stay here and hope to return. Thank you , thank you

I ask for an Early check in. Brian made it happen. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Bed good, AC good, location easy to find. Clean linens. Plenty of lighting. All Good!

I enjoy staying here, this was my 2nd time and everything was great. I really like the desk area where I can get my stuff set up and get my computer work done.

Rubbing plane is way bigger then we even thought! So beautiful. Sì quite. The views are great! I have stayed in many airbnbs. This is by far the cleanest ever. Thank you so much for having my family.

Really neat place to stay. The interior was really well done and unique in its' styling. So many different lighting choices to choose from it was actually quite impressive.
