The Riddick House

This exquisitely adorned 1812 Plantation Home offers multiple lounging areas, full kitchen, and private deck overlooking the pond. There are fireplaces in the kitchen, dining and both guest rooms. Entertaining is strictly prohibited. The Master bedroom boasts a King bed, flat-screen television, soaking tub, walk-in ceramic tiled shower and a view of the pond. A second bedroom is available for up to 2 guests for an additional $50 per person (per night). This house is NOT pet-friendly.

You can easily walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, CVS, and many other shops and eateries along with American University's main campus within 10 min. AU Law School is a 5 min walk and downtown DC is a 15 min metro ride. You’ll love our home w/its fabulous kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, warm atmosphere, and amazing front porch and deck.
