WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

This first floor suite comprises of a cosy large lounge with dining area in the bay window, 3 seater settee, and a 50 inch tv. food prep area with microwave, kettle, toaster. Even an AIR FRYER. It’s perfect. the En-suite bedroom includes a 4’6x6’6 double bed, wall mounted television, wardrobe and chest of drawers Jack n Jill ( his and hers sinks), even your own auto lite vanity mirror, a nice large shower and a special sink we call the potwash. the whole suite has central heating also.

Stoney Middleton has a friendly pub, village chip shop, curry cottage and The Cupola, serving food etc. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Eyam and Grindleford are all nearby.

Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Featuring high ceilings and gorgeous period features.The flat is accessed by fairly steep stairs so is not suitable for guests who are unable to climb stairs.
