Homely Self Contained Annexe close to Village Pub

The Annexe is self contained with garden views and in the centre of the village of Holmes Chapel within short walking distance of all shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is a train station 5-10 minutes walk away with services to Manchester and Crewe, and the village is 2 minutes from J18 on the M6. The accommodation itself has excellent off-road parking, is homely and bright, and has a well appointed kitchenette. We supply fresh towels and basic supplies (milk, tea, coffee) to welcome you.

Beautiful quiet annexe, Chester.

Fabulous separate dwelling, quiet location, offering the private annexe of our home. Off street parking. Fresh Continental Breakfast, with tea, coffee, fresh fruit, your own Kitchenette, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and fridge. Very comfortable king size bed, high quality bedding, towels, china etc. Enjoy light airy double room with views and access to south facing garden, free wifi, television and sofa. Superb shower room with loo. Black out curtains and blinds. Terrific value.

Modern guest suite in quiet rural position.

Modern first floor extension to 1907 house on the edge of Rossett village with rural views towards Bickerton hills. Excellent facilities including king size bed, private bathroom with MIRA over bath shower, lounge & dining area with kitchen. Good road links to Chester, Llangollen, Shrewsbury, Wrexham, North Wales coast & Snowdonia. Popular cycling area with nearby riverside walks (Alyn & Dee). Numerous hotels, pubs, restaurants and cafés - 10 min walking distance. Quiet countryside location.

All the "comforts of home" in a beautiful setting!

A ten minute walk away from the village of Caergwrle with its own "castle" and rail line Estyn Lodge is set in beautiful countryside and offers far reaching views over Cheshire and North Wales. The self contained accommodation is spread over two floors with the upstairs being accessed by a slim spiral staircase. There is a small private decked area to the rear with off road parking to the front. Road links to North Wales and Chester makes this an ideal location for a long or short break.

Beautiful cottage - annex to the farm house

Spacious & light open plan rural living on a tidy farm. Lounge with log burner; dining space & a full kitchen, large bedroom and en-suite. Self contained with private front door & parking space outside. Well furnished & presented. Bright with the benefit of sky lights & multiple windows. Situated in a stunning rural location 3 miles from the market town of Nantwich and 100m from the Llangollen canal, the area boasts an abundance of excellent gastro pubs within 10 minutes’ drive, and 3 pubs within walking distance along the canal. Ideal location when visiting the area, historic Chester, Castles or one of the nearby wedding venues.

The Loft

The Loft is an en-suite bedroom above our garage with separate access and plenty of off-street safe parking. There are no cooking facilities but there is a coffee machine, kettle and some basic supplies. Breakfast is not included but can be by arrangement. Please note that it’s a family home and so we don’t guarantee silence! Oulton Park, Blakemere Craft Centre, The Hollies and The Shire Horse Centre are all local. Access is easy to Chester, Knutsford and Manchester.

Beautiful, self contained, fully furnished, home from home accommodation. Views across Wirral farmland. 100m to River Dee. 15 minute walk to picturesque Parkgate. 5 miles (10 mins drive) for guests travelling to Clatterbridge Hospital. 4 miles (10 mins) drive to Leahurst Equine Hospital. Located in charming Holt, one half of our lovely Georgian home with own lounge, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchenette. The River Dee and plenty of countryside walks on the doorstep. A cyclists haven. Easy reach of Chester and Wrexham. Two great pubs and two Bistros in the village. A wealth of other, lovely hostelries in the surrounding countryside area. Price based on 6 persons.
