This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay. We were a family group of 14. Aged from 2yrs -90yrs, and the accommodation suited everyone. The description and photos of property were exactly as stated. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The hot tub was amazing and hot! Plenty of games and equipment in the garden for the children. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery glasses, pots pans and utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, washing capsules, dish washer tablets, bin bags were all provided. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms clean. We did visit the beach about 10-15min away but we didn’t really need to leave the property. The host was friendly and responded to requests. We will def be back!!

Hare cottage was beautiful and Lisa has thought of everything you will need for a relaxing holiday.The cabin is modern,fresh and lovely decor.We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing hot tub and watching the stars in a non light polluted area made it very special indeed.The children loved all the open space ,board games and of course the swinging chair on the decking to read was a bit hit too.Lisa is a great host and is always at the end of a message if you need anything.We would highly recommend the cabin and can't wait to return to see more of the area . booked Dave & Emma's place for my husbands 60th birthday weekend. there was 12 of us, all family with 3 children amongst the group with the youngest being 4 years old. the accommodation had everything you could wish for with the kids and adults alike all making use of the games room, bikes and kayakes. the park and beach were literally opposite the house, so was a great location and the weather was brilliant. we also made use of the hot tub, which was very popular.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house full of amazing amenities and set in a gorgeous location. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and the perfect environment for a larger group of people. Highly recommend it if you ever come to this area.

We chose a long weekend the week before Easter. The house and the location matched our expectations and needs. Allan’s meet and greet on arrival was a warm welcome and informative. Brook House is a lovely home and we had a great stay. The spacious kitchen, bedrooms downstairs, wood burner and hot tub are real highlights. We enjoyed a BBQ and a Sunday Roast during our stay. The outdoor patio lights work very well to enjoy the garden in the evenings. The house is wonderfully located to explore the south coast and nearby attractions. We enjoyed a walk to the local club for drinks and live music. (Only available Fridays) on the first evening. We did a day trip to Brownsea Island which was fun. Moors Valley Country Park and Forest nearby offers a lot of options for a family Sunday outing. Our only fault was not staying a few more days!

What an amazing stay, scenic location , great attention to detail in the shepherds huts with everything you require for a stay. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Peter the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember .. A true gem in the rolling hills or Somerset.

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. We had such a great stay! Super easy to find and check in, and we were welcomed with tea, milk, biscuits, cereal, and even some treats for our dog ,such a lovely touch. The hot tub was amazing, and the view was so peaceful. The whole place was clean, quiet, and really comfortable ,exactly what we needed for a relaxing week away. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chilled, peaceful break!

My partner and I enjoyed a splendid two-night stay at the Hideaway. The property was impeccably clean, and the hot tub was exceptional. We appreciated the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Annie provided outstanding service and ensured a warm welcome. We look forward to returning.

Such lovely hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. They helped me and my partner out with check in etc. Recommended lots of places near the location to eat or visit. The view was amazing and the hot tub was 10/10. Would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend it. Honestly could not fault a single thing !!

We stayed a few days for our honeymoon. Our arrival was a bit chaotic as the host was there trying to fit a bbq but they left swiftly enough and we were free to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect, so great to be fully immersed in nature especially with a hot tub too. We really enjoyed being woken by the sunrise each day. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. I would say that the cabin could do with a few personal touches like blankets, washing powder, basic supplies in the fridge upon arrival considering the price range I thought it was unusual for these not to be included. Overall we had such an incredibly special stay and will be back soon. Thanks to the hosts ☺️

We loved our stay at the old chicken house!! The house itself is beautiful and even better than the pictures, it’s so peaceful and we felt at home right away! George and the other co hosts had very kindly put up a birthday banner as we were staying to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and provided some lovely breakfast bits which added to the welcoming feel of the house! We stayed with our Labrador -Maggie and there were lots of great walks nearby, she particularly enjoyed the woodland walk by Otterhead lakes! The perfect relaxing escape! We didn’t want to leave!!

What a lovely little hideaway, a real gem of a find. It was nice and clean, it has everything you need and more, lots of added little touches which made you feel welcomed and at home. The view from the hot tub was beautiful, it was very relaxing listening to the birds although we could of connected our phone to the hot tub so you could listen to music which some people might like. Ann-Marie is a fantastic host, she got in contact around a week before our booking with information we would need to make our stay a positive experience. Ann-Marie was there on arrival although there was a key safe and we had the number she came across and welcomed us in and showed us around, she even gave us recommendations for a couple of beautiful walks which was really nice. She has pets but you don't hear them at all. We saw the dog and the cat but only when we were down by our car, both very friendly but only because we went over and interacted with them not because they ran up to us. Highly recommend.
