Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

Very charming and tasteful renovations. The house was spacious, clean and cozy. Had an issue getting into the house due to the lock, but the host was quick to respond and was able to let us in within minutes of notification. So thankful for the excellent communication and customer service. Will definitely stay here again!

The home was everything we needed as a family before leaving our son at AIT. You know it’s a perfect home when the house is filled with love and laughter during your stay. Katie was so kind, responsive, and had fabulous recommendations for food, treats, and some adventure with the kids. The home had everything we needed for our stay and more; it was simply incredible and homey. We are so grateful for our time spent in their home and plan to return soon.

We lived here for a month while house hunting after PCSing to the area. It cost the same as staying in a hotel but with James we had an older, but well-maintained townhouse with a nice living room, two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, and a fully functional eat in kitchen with extra amenities like a Keurig, an air fryer, a toaster, in addition to the normal fridge/freezer/oven/stovetop/microwave! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and James was always very responsive. The area lost power one of the days we were there and he got in touch with the power company to make sure they were aware and updated us about when the power was expected to return. A great and honest host!

Immaculate Apartment: The apartment itself was fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were amazing. The house is very big and Spacious accommodating a family. 3. Great Location: Conveniently located, it allowed us easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making our family trip even more enjoyable. 4. Family-Friendly: Eugene went above and beyond to ensure that our family felt at home. His thoughtful touches made a significant difference in our experience. Perfect house for a weekend in RVA with friends. Great size and the location is amazing with so many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

Bill and Brian’s place was perfect! We visited for the Richmond marathon this weekend. The house was super clean and Bill & Brian were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Mayra was extremely responsive and kind. it was a great place to stay while we fished at Osborne Park. Clean, the beds were comfortable.

Loved the place! Everything was great! Kitchen was a bit lacking for cooking for a big group staying there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

Spent 2 weeks here with German Shepard, we loved the house, great setting, neighbors are very nice, we walked our dog and he loved all the deer & the overall setting. It’s quiet, house is spacious, clean & safe.Hosts are responsive and courteous.

We had a great experience staying at Luke’s place with our family of 5. We booked last minute and Luke contacted us right away and made arrangements to accommodate us. The house was spotless and within easy walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants.

Me and my family really enjoyed Ashley’s place! It’s was spacious looks just like the photos huge yard very quiet and we really enjoyed the family room. The kitchen is beautiful 😍. Ashley was very responsive and I left my jeans and she immediately reached out for me to pick them up and I really appreciate that!
