Cosy 3 bedrooms apart by the lake with parking

Spacious and quiet apartment decorated with taste at only 5 minutes by foot by the lake. We have 3 comfortable and cosy bedrooms with 3 double beds of 160x200cm and 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A wine cellar fridge for wine lovers and a dish washer will ease up your stay. The washing machine is in the apartment and free of charge. A bus stop is just in front of the building for an easy access.

Il est situé sur le flanc ensoleillé, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville et la piste olympique de Morzine. Le wifi permet l’accès à 180 chaînes télé. La cuisine est équipée de plaques à induction, d’un micro ondes, d’un lave vaisselle, et d’une machine à laver le linge. La salle de bains possède douche et baignoire. A four bedroom first floor apartment in an attractive building. The apartment is easily accessible and has wonderful views of the dent du midi. It is a very comfortable 4 bed, 3 bath apartment with a cinema. It has all mod cons including internet, sonos and a fridge freezer with an ice maker. There main bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

Notre appartement se situe cente ville à proximité de tous commerces et à quelques minute de la gare. Le stationnement est aisé. Pas d'escalier! il est au rez de chaussée avec vue sur cour intérieur. Il est exposé plein sud dans petit immeuble tranquille et familiale.
