Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin, secluded but close to grocery store and Stateline boat ramp. We have 4 cabins that were built this year (completed September 2023). These cabins on 10 acres were spaced far enough apart for privacy (each on approximately 2 acres). Brand new 5 bay boat storage on sight with lights, that is shared by all 4 cabins. No WIFI available but our 5G phones connect just fine. No smoking inside or littering outside. Grill on porch. small fire pit.

Plenty of nature to come and enjoy!! We have a fireplace for cozy nights, free wifi, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Keurig for coffee lovers. Wrap around porch for sitting and relaxing after a long day on the water. Private Hot tub for relaxing(Must Sign Waiver). Close to area restaurants and stores.

Located at the top of the hill with partial water views, stunning sunrises in the front, colorful sunsets in the back and a beautiful meadow at the bottom of the hill. Lots of wildlife to watch. Enjoy the fire pit and stargazing in the evening! The cabin is just minutes to downtown Clifton with a splash pad, Ross Creek Landing Golf Course, and restaurants. Horseback riding, canoe and kayak rentals and multiple state parks are close by. Bring your boat! 🚤

It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Relaxing is easy on the covered back deck that has a swing and a wrap around porch. Our cabin is located 2 miles from J. P. Coleman boat ramp. Within 15 minutes of the neighboring cities of Iuka and Counce.
